Boys' Basketball | Cushing Academy

NEPSAC AA: 3 of my favorite to watch + player profiles Caleb Baker -March 2026, It was announced that Baker would be joining The House We Built HGSL, I think the move propelled Baker into an amazing spot for his recruitment. Baker is a long 2 with a scholarship frame, a 3 level scoring ability and a very active participant on the boards for a shooting guard. Not to mention he was probably top 5 in scoring on the best non shoe circuit in the country! Bakers Recruiting is nearing a close in the next couple weeks, I know where ever he goes, scoring will follow. Tavin Penix - I'm a huge fan of Tavin Penix, The Le Moyne Commit is a bull dozier, I really like how he comes off DHO's or ball screens, sometimes he just puts his head down and finds a way to the hoop. To couple with the head down drives, he is great off catch and shoot situations and has a very reliable jumper. Winchendon Is a real contender, they have coaching, depth and a star. Nate Bleman - If I was a NEPSAC Big right now, I would fake an injury when playing Bleman and his Cushing squad, he has an intimidating build near 6'10 and moves like a NBA foward. Last Time I watched "Big Nate" it was at the NEPSAC showcase: vs Brimmer and May I watched him Wack a players shot into the section of college coaches then came down and worked a denied DHO action perfectly and got a bucket. Honestly Sky's the limit for this guy! @calebaker_ @CoachMitch_2 @CoachStouks @HouseWeBuilt617 @TavinPenix3 @WinchHoops @coachalexpopp @nateblenman21 @CushingBBball
