A lot of new people here lately, so a proper intro. I'm Dhaval. For 3 years I was a red carpet photographer, shooting premieres and celebrity events from the photo pit. You learn a lot about people when you get one second to make them look at your lens. Today I'm a founder, building something in stealth. I'll share more when it's ready! The rest of me:
• SoCal dad of 3, living in San Diego
• Bears fan, for better or worse 😅🐻⬇️
• I run a lot of my day through AI agents
• Still shoot when I can especially for fun 📸 What I post here: AI and startups, SoCal life, and the occasional story from the photo pit. If you're building something, shooting something, or a fellow Bears fan, say hi 👋🏾

Everyone complained about Safari on iPhone Duo, so I came up with a fix 🌐 Meet Brim, the browser that uses on-device Apple Intelligence to remove elements from under the selfie camera while using 100% of the screen width

NEW: Apple bets customers will pay a big premium for touch-screen, OLED laptops. The company has discussed charging $400 more, pricing the 14-inch touch MacBook Pro from $2,899. That could make the 16-inch model at least $3,399. bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

I'm getting a lot of inbound about Instagram starting to work on longer-form video. A few things to clarify in case it's helpful: - This is going to take time to get right, but we're excited and committed - Features is not fully launched yet, we're testing and ramping up access slowly - We understand the economics matter a ton, and are exploring multiple options to help long-form creators get paid As always, we'll communicate about progress as we go, and I'm happy to answer any questions.

I am not sure if this is supposed to be a joke or engagement bait, but there are many customers who spent $2,000+ on a new iPhone, did nothing to damage it, watched the screen crack anyway, then went to an Apple Store for a replacement only to find none.

Apple is testing its craziest experiments on the iPad before bringing them to the iPhone. The new OLED iPad mini confirmed what the iPhone 20 could look like. The new iPad mini has ZERO speaker holes on the body, but still manages to pack a full Quad Speaker setup. Apple is using an all new Acoustic Display that vibrates sound directly through the screen.
