Wishing and hoping ain’t gonna make your dreams come true! You can pray on it, speak it into existence, and visualize the life you want all day long but at some point, you gotta get up, put in the work, take that leap of faith, and MAKE IT HAPPEN! Dreams don’t work unless YOU do!
#SweatEquityCheck No one said it was going to be easy or comfortable!

Stop running from the hard s*** run toward it.If it were easy, everyone would do it.
Just because you can’t do it today doesn’t mean you won’t be able to tomorrow.Every rep, every failure, every uncomfortable moment is building the strength, skill & discipline you need to get there.

Some people spend their whole lives just existing waking up, going to work, paying bills, & repeating the same routine. Not because they don’t have dreams, but because they’re afraid.Afraid of failingAfraid of being judged Afraid of what people will say if they try & don’t make it

Maybe, I more noticed the whole bench (and @DHill39) turning around to get the crowd into the game.
Still a long way to go to create a true “home field advantage” crowd, but fans in the expensive seats were louder yesterday than any time last season
Building off the field will ALWAYS be more important than building on the field ! Cheers to my 1st fall camp as the RB coach! #Coach #Mentor #FYP #Motivation #GoRams 🐐💚🤞🏾
Growth doesn’t start when things get easy
It starts when you meet resistance and choose not to run from it.Get comfortable being uncomfortable.
The pressure, the setbacks, the stretchin that’s where you’re becoming who you’re meant to be.Don’t avoid the resistance Grow through
