ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಕನ್ನಡ ರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವದ ಹಾರ್ದಿಕ ಶುಭಾಶಯಗಳು! 💛❤️ ​ಕನ್ನಡವೆಂದರೆ ಬರಿ ನುಡಿಯಲ್ಲ, ಅದು ನಮ್ಮ ಉಸಿರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ. ಕಾವೇರಿಯಿಂದ ಗೋದಾವರಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಹರಿದು ಬಂದಿರುವ ನಮ್ಮ ನಾಡಿನ ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಯ್ದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರ ಹೊಣೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ನಾಡು-ನುಡಿಯ ಹಿರಿಮೆ ವಿಶ್ವದೆಲ್ಲೆಡೆ ಬೆಳಗಲಿ. ಕನ್ನಡ ನೆಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ನಾವೇ ಧನ್ಯರು. ಸಿರಿಗನ್ನಡಂ ಗೆಲ್ಗೆ, ಸಿರಿಗನ್ನಡಂ ಬಾಳ್ಗೆ!

ಕನ್ನಡ ರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವ - ಪ್ರಗತಿಯ ನಿತ್ಯೋತ್ಸವ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಇತಿಹಾಸ, ಶ್ರೀಮಂತ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಪರಂಪರೆ, ವೈವಿಧ್ಯಮಯ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ, ಕಲೆ, ಭಾಷೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬದುಕಿನ ಸೊಬಗನ್ನು ತನ್ನೊಡಲಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊತ್ತಿರುವ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ನಮ್ಮ ಕನ್ನಡ ನಾಡಿಗೆ ನಮನಗಳು. ಕನ್ನಡವೆಂಬುದು ಕೇವಲ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲ, ಅದು ನಮ್ಮ ಅಸ್ಮಿತೆ, ಆತ್ಮಗೌರವ ಮತ್ತು ಬದುಕಿನ ಉಸಿರು. ಕನ್ನಡದ ಕಂಪು ಜಗದಗಲ ಪಸರಿಸಲಿ, ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ನಿತ್ಯವೂ ಬೆಳಗಲಿ. ನಾಡು, ನುಡಿ, ನೆಲ, ಜಲದ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರಿಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವದ ಹಾರ್ದಿಕ ಶುಭಾಶಯಗಳು. ಕನ್ನಡವೇ ಜೀವಾಳ, ಕನ್ನಡವೇ ಚಿರಕಾಲ

ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಯದೇವ ಹೃದ್ರೋಗ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಗೆ ಕ್ರಮ ಮಂಡ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನೂರು ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಜಯದೇವ ಹೃದ್ರೋಗ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ತೆರೆಯಲು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಕೃಷಿ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ 115 ಕೋಟಿ, ಪ್ರಮುಖ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಂಪೇಗೌಡರ ಕಂಚಿನ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ, ಮೈ ಶುಗರ್ ಫ್ಯಾಕ್ಟರಿಗೆ ಬಾಯ್ಲರ್ ಘಟಕಕ್ಕೆ 60 ಕೋಟಿ ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಹೊಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನೂರು ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳ ತಾಯಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆಗೆ ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ. ಮಂಡ್ಯದ ಜನರ ಮಾತು ನೇರ, ಮನಸ್ಸು ನಾಗಮಂಗಲದ ಬೆಣ್ಣೆ ಇದ್ದಂತೆ. ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಎಂದರೆ ಸಕ್ಕರೆ, ಅಕ್ಕರೆ, ಅನ್ನದ ತಟ್ಟೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಸರೆ. ಮಂಡ್ಯದ ರೈತರ ಕಣ್ಣಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂದಿಗೂ ನೀರು ಹರಿಯಬಾರದು. ಅವರ ಹೊಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ನೀರು ಹರಿಯಬೇಕು. ಇದು ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಚಿಂತನೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ರೈತರು ಶ್ರಮದಿಂದ ಬದುಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಬ್ಬಿನ ಬೆಲೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ರೈತರು ಹೋರಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬೆಳಗಾವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ದಿನಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಅವರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಬಗೆಹರಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಸಕ್ಕರೆ ಬೆಲೆಯನ್ನು 10 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಏರಿಸಿಲ್ಲ. ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಸಕ್ಕರೆ ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆಗೆ ಅನುದಾನ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಕ್ಕರೆ ಬೆಲೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿ ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಬೆಲೆ ಕೊಡಿಸುವ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ನಮ್ಮದು. ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಕೇವಲ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲ, ಸ್ವಾಭಿಮಾನದ ಕೋಟೆ. ಕಾವೇರಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಜೀವ ನದಿ. ಕಾವೇರಿ ಆರತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಮೇಕೆದಾಟು ಅಣೆಕಟ್ಟು ಯೋಜನೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾದರೆ ಹಾಸನ, ಮಂಡ್ಯ, ಮೈಸೂರು, ಚಾಮರಾಜನಗರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ 66 ಟಿಎಂಸಿ ನೀರು ದೊರಕಿ ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಿಗೂ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡಿದ ನಂತರ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಕೂಡ ನಮ್ಮ ಚಿಂತನೆಗೆ, ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಪರವಾಗಿ ತೀರ್ಪು ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಮಳವಳ್ಳಿ, ಮದ್ದೂರು, ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಕಟ್ಟಕಡೆಯವರೆಗೆ ಕೆಆರ್‌ಎಸ್‌ನಿಂದ ನೀರು ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿದೆ. ಪಾಂಡವಪುರ, ನಾಗಮಂಗಲ, ಕೆಆರ್ ಪೇಟೆ ಕೆರೆಗಳ ನೀರು ತುಂಬಿಸಲು, ಕಾಲುವೆಗಳನ್ನು ದುರಸ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಸುಮಾರು 806 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ನೀಡಲು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮಂಡ್ಯ, ಮದ್ದೂರು, ಶ್ರೀರಂಗಪಟ್ಟಣ, ಪಾಂಡವಪುರ ತಾಲೂಕುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ಸುಮಾರು 224 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ., ಹಂಪಾಪುರ ನಾಗಮಂಗಲದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಪ್ರಸರಣ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ 420 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. - ಮಂಡ್ಯ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ವಿವಿಧ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಂಕುಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಅಂಶಗಳು.

ಇಂದು ಮಂಡ್ಯದ ಹೊಳಲು ವೃತ್ತದ ಮುಂಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ನೂತನ ಇಂದಿರಾ ಭವನ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಶಂಕುಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿ, ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಕ್ಷಣಗಳು.

2028ರಲ್ಲೂ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ - ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಈಗಿನಿಂದಲೇ ಸಜ್ಜಾಗಿ ಇಂದಿರಾ ಭವನ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಕೇವಲ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಕಚೇರಿಯಾಗದೆ, ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತನ ಸ್ವಾಭಿಮಾನದ ಸಂಕೇತವಾಗಬೇಕು. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರೂ ಕಾಣಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿ, ಈ ಭವನ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸಬೇಕು. ಆಗ ಮಾತ್ರ ಇದು "ನಮ್ಮ ಭವನ, ನಮ್ಮ ಆಸ್ತಿ" ಎಂಬ ಆತ್ಮೀಯತೆ ಮೂಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ. ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಏಳೂ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಗೆಲುವು ಸಾಧಿಸುವ ಗುರಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಈಗಿನಿಂದಲೇ ಒಗ್ಗಟ್ಟಿನಿಂದ ಪಕ್ಷ ಸಂಘಟಿಸಬೇಕು. ಮಂಡ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಕಚೇರಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಬಹಳ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಇತ್ತು. ಇದೀಗ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಜಾಗ ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಿಸಿ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಸಚಿವ ಚಲುವರಾಯಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ವಿನ್ಯಾಸ ರೂಪಿಸಿ, ಈ ಭವನ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಭವನ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಮುಖಂಡರು, ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು, ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸಬೇಕು. ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಸೇರಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿದಾಗ ಮಾತ್ರ ಈ ಭವನಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಜವಾದ ಅರ್ಥ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ. ದೇಶದ ಐಕ್ಯತೆ, ಸಮಗ್ರತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಂತಿಗಾಗಿ ಮಾಜಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಇಂದಿರಾ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನೇ ತ್ಯಾಗ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಈ ಭವನ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರಿಗೆ ಶಕ್ತಿ ತುಂಬುವ ಕೇಂದ್ರವಾಗಬೇಕು. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕುಗಳ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಕರಣದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜನರಿಗೂ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಸೇವೆ ತಲುಪುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದವರು ಇಂದಿರಾ ಗಾಂಧಿ. ಬಡವರು ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬಿಗಳಾಗಲು ಇದರಿಂದ ನೆರವಾಯಿತು. ಉಳುವವನಿಗೆ ಭೂಮಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವು ಜನಪರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಇಂದಿರಾ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಅವರು ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ವಿಶೇಷ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ನೀರಾವರಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ₹2,000 ಕೋಟಿಗೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅನುದಾನ ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ರೈತರ ಬದುಕು ಹಸನಾಗಬೇಕು, ಹೊಲಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀರು ಹರಿಯಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆಶಯ. ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಪ್ರತಿ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲೂ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳವರೆಗಿನ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ ಜನರಿಗೆ ತಲುಪಿಸುವ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರ ಮೇಲಿದೆ. ಪಕ್ಷ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯನ್ನು ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳ ಸಂಪರ್ಕದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬೆಸೆಯಬೇಕು. ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆರು ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಸಮಿತಿ ರಚಿಸುವಂತೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಶಾಸಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಮುಖಂಡರಿಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಮಿತಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಪ್ರತಿ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಯನ್ನೂ ಸಂಪರ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ತಲುಪಿಸುವ ಜತೆಗೆ ಪಕ್ಷ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗೂ ನೆರವಾಗಬೇಕು. ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಇಂದಿರಾ ಭವನ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಬೇಕು. ಮಳವಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ಭವನ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂದಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮದ್ದೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಉದಯ್ ಅವರು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಕೆಲಸ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬಂಡಿಸಿದ್ದೇಗೌಡರು ಶ್ರೀರಂಗಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿ, ನಾಗಮಂಗಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಲುವರಾಯಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ಭವನ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂದಾಗಬೇಕು. ಕೆ.ಆರ್.ಪೇಟೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾಂಡವಪುರದಲ್ಲೂ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಕಚೇರಿಗಳು ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಬೇಕು. ಎಲ್ಲ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರಿಗೆ ಒಗ್ಗೂಡುವ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಇರಬೇಕು. ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರವೇ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಲಿದೆ. 2028ರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಚಿತ್ರಣ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾದರೂ ಜನರ ಬೆಂಬಲದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಮತ್ತೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವುದು ಖಚಿತ. ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಈಗಿನಿಂದಲೇ ಶ್ರಮಿಸಬೇಕು. ಮುಂದಿನ ಮೂರರಿಂದ ನಾಲ್ಕು ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ, ತಾಲೂಕು ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ, ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ನಗರ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳು ಎದುರಾಗಲಿವೆ. ಈ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಪ್ರತಿ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲೂ ಸಮರ್ಥ ನಾಯಕರನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ಒಗ್ಗಟ್ಟಿನಿಂದ ಪಕ್ಷ ಸಂಘಟಿಸಬೇಕು. -ಮಂಡ್ಯದ ಹೊಳಲು ವೃತ್ತದ ಮುಂಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಇಂದಿರಾ ಭವನ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಶಂಕುಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಅಂಶಗಳು.

ನಮ್ಮ ಹೈನುಗಾರರ ಜೀವನೋಪಾಯವನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ 'ನಂದಿನಿ' ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೆಟುಕುವ ದರದಲ್ಲಿ ಒದಗಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಸದಾ ಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ. ನವೆಂಬರ್ 1ರಿಂದ ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಲೀಟರ್ ಹಾಲಿನ ದರವನ್ನು ₹8ರಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಜಾನುವಾರುಗಳ ಮೇವು ಮತ್ತು ಹಿಂಡಿ ದರದಲ್ಲಿನ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ, ಇಂಧನ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ಯಾಕೇಜಿಂಗ್ ವೆಚ್ಚದ ಏರಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬರಗಾಲದ ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗಿ ದೈನಂದಿನ ಹಾಲಿನ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಂಟಾಗಿರುವ ಕುಸಿತ ಈ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಕಾರಣಗಳಾಗಿವೆ. ಈ ₹8ರ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳದಲ್ಲಿ ₹7 ನೇರವಾಗಿ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ತಲುಪಲಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರತಿ ಲೀಟರ್‌ಗೆ ₹35ರಿಂದ ₹42ಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನೀಡುವ ₹5 ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಧನ ಸೇರಿ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಲೀಟರ್ ಹಾಲಿಗೆ ₹47 ಕೈಸೇರಲಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ 10 ಲೀಟರ್ ಹಾಲು ಪೂರೈಸುವ ರೈತನಿಗೆ ತಿಂಗಳಿಗೆ ಸುಮಾರು ₹2,100 ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಆದಾಯ ದೊರೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ಈ ದರ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆಯಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಹೈನುಗಾರರ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳಿಗೆ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಅಂದಾಜು ₹1,850 ಕೋಟಿಯಿಂದ ₹2,100 ಕೋಟಿವರೆಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಆದಾಯ ದೊರೆಯುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಿದೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 28.84 ಲಕ್ಷ ಹೈನುಗಾರರಿದ್ದು, ಕೆಎಂಎಫ್ ಸದಸ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.67ರಷ್ಟು ಸಣ್ಣ ಮತ್ತು ಅತಿಸಣ್ಣ ರೈತರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಯುತ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲ ಒದಗಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ದರ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆಯ ನಂತರವೂ ನಂದಿನಿ ಟೋನ್ಡ್ ಹಾಲಿನ ದರ ಪ್ರತಿ ಲೀಟರ್‌ಗೆ ₹54 ಇದ್ದು, ದೇಶದ ಹಲವು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಡೈರಿ ಬ್ರ್ಯಾಂಡ್‌ಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಿದೆ. ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ ನಂದಿನಿ ಶುಭಂ (4.5% ಕೊಬ್ಬಿನಾಂಶ) ಹಾಲಿನ ದರ ₹60 ಇದ್ದು, ಇತರೆ ಹತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳ ಸರಾಸರಿ ದರವಾದ ₹62.80ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆಯೇ ಇದೆ. ರೈತರ ಹಿತದ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಕೈಗೆಟುಕುವ ದರದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಹಾಲಿನ ಪೂರೈಕೆ, ಇವೆರಡಕ್ಕೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ.

Our farmers are the backbone of Karnataka. Their hard work sustains millions of households, and they deserve fair returns for every litre of milk they produce. For too long, rising feed and fodder costs, fuel and transport expenses, and the impact of drought have put pressure on dairy farmers. With daily milk collection falling by approximately 10 lakh litres, protecting farmer livelihoods and sustaining our dairy sector has become increasingly important. The ₹8 per litre revision in Nandini milk prices, effective November 1, is aimed at addressing these challenges. Of this, ₹7 goes directly towards increasing the farmer base price from ₹35 to ₹42 per litre. With the existing ₹5 government incentive, farmers will receive ₹47 per litre in total, up from ₹40. Karnataka is home to 28.84 lakh dairy farmers, many of them small and marginal producers. A farmer pouring 10 litres of milk a day stands to earn approximately ₹2,100 more per month from the increased base price. At the same time, Nandini remains competitively priced. Toned milk costs ₹54 per litre, while Nandini Shubham (4.5% fat) costs ₹60 per litre, below the average across the 10 states compared. Our commitment is to stand by our farmers, strengthen Nandini and balance the interests of both producers and consumers.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಐಟಿ-ಬಿಟಿ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರಿಗೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶ ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾತೃಭಾಷಿಕರನ್ನು ಕಡೆಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ದೂರುಗಳನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿದೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರೇ ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮರು. ನಮ್ಮ ನೆಲದ ಯುವಕ-ಯುವತಿಯರ ಉದ್ಯೋಗದ ಹಕ್ಕು, ಸ್ವಾಭಿಮಾನ ಹಾಗೂ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಕಸಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕಿಂಚಿತ್ತೂ ಸಹಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಕಡೆಗಣಿಸುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ, ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಈ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರವೇ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ವಹಿಸಿ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ, ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಐಟಿ-ಬಿಟಿ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ತೆರಳಿ ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಅಥವಾ ಗೊಂದಲ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನಾಡಿನ ಯುವಜನತೆಯ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಭದ್ರತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹಿತರಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸದಾ ಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ. Our Government has taken serious note of complaints that Kannadigas are being denied employment opportunities and native Kannada speakers are being overlooked in Bengaluru’s IT-BT sector. The rights, dignity and employment opportunities of Kannadigas are of utmost importance to our government. We will not tolerate any deliberate discrimination against the youth of our state, and appropriate action will be taken against any private establishment found engaging in such practices. I want to assure everyone that the government will directly look into this matter and take all necessary steps to address these concerns. Therefore, I appeal to all organisations not to visit IT-BT companies directly or take matters into their own hands. Such issues must be resolved through dialogue and within the framework of the law. Our government remains firmly committed to protecting the rights and interests of Kannadigas.

Continuing our efforts to secure fair and remunerative prices for Karnataka's sugarcane farmers, I have written to Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi, seeking his personal intervention and urgent decisions on the issues affecting farmers and the State's sugar industry. Key demands: 1. Revise the Sugar MSP: Increase the Minimum Selling Price of sugar, unchanged at ₹31 per kg since February 2019, despite the FRP rising from ₹2,750 to ₹3,650 per tonne. With sugar selling at approximately ₹45 per kg, a revision can protect farmers' payments without increasing consumer prices. 2. Review the Ethanol Directive: Reconsider the October 22, 2026 directive restricting ethanol production from sugarcane juice, syrup and B-heavy molasses for ESY 2026-27, after the February 2027 crop estimate, beginning with B-heavy molasses. Also revise cane-based ethanol prices, unchanged since 2022-23 for juice and B-heavy molasses. Karnataka's cane-based distilleries earned ₹5,803.7 crore from ethanol in 2025-26, helping mills pay farmers within 14 days. 3. Restore the FRP Base Recovery: Bring the base recovery rate back to 9.5% to protect farmers in low-recovery regions from being disadvantaged due to soil and climatic conditions. 4. Separate Sugar MSPs: Introduce separate Minimum Selling Prices for domestic and commercial sugar to protect household consumers while ensuring fair prices for bulk buyers. 5. Revise the Revenue-Sharing Formula: Include ethanol and co-generation revenues in the revenue-sharing formula and establish a Price Stabilisation Fund, as recommended by the NITI Aayog Task Force and the Commission for Agricultural Costs and Prices (CACP). I have also highlighted our government's efforts to safeguard farmers' interests. All 81 operating sugar mills use digital weighbridges, mill laboratories are inspected twice a month, average sugar recovery reached 11.09% in 2025-26, and 99.85% of the cane dues for 2025-26 have been paid. With the crushing season already facing delays and farmers awaiting clarity on these critical decisions, timely intervention is essential. I urge the Union Government to act on the immediate concerns while also working towards lasting reforms that ensure a fair and sustainable future for Karnataka's sugarcane farmers and sugar industry. @PMOIndia

The welfare of our sugarcane farmers and the protection of their livelihoods remain a priority for our government. Recognising their concerns over fair and remunerative prices, sugar MSP and a rightful share in ethanol revenues, I have written to Union Minister Shri @JoshiPralhad, urging the Government of India to address their demands and take timely decisions in the interest of farmers. Key demands: 1. Fair and remunerative FRP: Fix the Fair and Remunerative Price (FRP) based on the C2+50% formula recommended by the Dr. M.S. Swaminathan Commission. Farmers are seeking ₹5,500 per tonne against the current FRP of ₹3,650 per tonne at 10.25% recovery. 2. Restoration of FRP base recovery: Restore the base recovery rate to 9.5% from the existing 10.25% to protect farmers in low-recovery and climate-affected regions. Karnataka had recommended an FRP of ₹4,440 per tonne at 9.5% recovery. 3. Revision of sugar MSP: Increase the Minimum Selling Price (MSP) of sugar from ₹31 to ₹41.50 per kg, as recommended by the State, considering that the price has remained unchanged since February 2019. 4. Fair allocation and pricing of ethanol: Ensure a fair allocation of ethanol to cane-based distilleries and revise procurement prices. Karnataka received only 117 crore litres in ESY 2025-26 against its cane and molasses-based capacity of approximately 225 crore litres. The State has recommended prices of ₹73, ₹67 and ₹61 per litre. 5. Revision of revenue-sharing formula: Revisit the Dr. C. Rangarajan Committee's revenue-sharing formula to ensure that farmers receive a fair share of the revenue generated from ethanol, which has become a major source of income for sugar mills. I have also outlined the measures taken by our government to ensure transparency in sugar recovery testing and weighment, including regular inspections of mill laboratories, NABL accreditation, digital weighment systems and fortnightly checks. We will also review the approximately 8% deduction on machine-harvested cane in consultation with sugar mills and farmers. Reaffirming Karnataka's FRP plus post-season revenue-sharing model, I highlighted that 99.85% of the 2025-26 cane dues had been paid as of October 15, 2026. Mills had paid ₹500–600 per tonne above FRP under agreements with farmers, while our government provided ₹290 crore towards an additional ₹100 per tonne. Following consultations with farmer leaders and representatives of sugar mills at Suvarna Vidhana Soudha, Belagavi, and discussions with the Committee chaired by Prof. Ramesh Chand, I have urged the Union Government to revise the sugar MSP, review the ethanol directive after the February 2027 crop estimate, revise the C-heavy ethanol price and announce FRP both with and without harvesting and transportation charges. Our government is committed to safeguarding the interests of sugarcane farmers and ensuring fair remuneration for their produce. We will continue to pursue these issues with the Union Government and work towards an early resolution so that farmers receive their rightful dues and sugarcane crushing operations proceed without disruption.

2011ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್‌ಸಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದ 362 ಗೆಜೆಟೆಡ್ ಪ್ರೊಬೇಷನರಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದಿದ್ದ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಅಸಂವಿಧಾನಿಕ ಎಂದು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ, ಅಂದು ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಇಂದು ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿಯಾಗಿ, ತಮ್ಮ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿ, ನೆರವಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.
