Taking a job just for the money?
That doesn’t make you a sellout. It makes you someone who pays their rent. And maybe funds good causes, too.
Purpose and paychecks can coexist.

You don’t need more time. You don’t need more motivation.
You need to stop saying yes to what’s loudest and start saying yes to what’s aligned.
Our nerves often confuse excitement and investment with fear and nausea.
If you’re shaking before the big moment, it doesn’t always mean “run.” Sometimes it means: “You care deeply. Show up anyway.”
The people you think are "just lucky"? They’ve been doing the work long before the opportunity showed up.
So when the right door opened?
They didn’t hesitate. They LEAPT.
People aren't lucky or unlucky—they're just prepared to grab the opportunity when the opportunity comes.
You’re not stuck because you lack options. You’re stuck because you’ve stopped believing in your ability to change.
The best leaders don’t just push their people to perform.
They pull them into possibility. That’s leadership worth following.
Just because everyone else wants the house-title-car trifecta doesn’t mean you have to. Comparison is the thief of consonance. #RunYourOwnRace
Before I say yes, I ask:
– Will this bring me closer to the life I want?
– Will this help someone I care about?
– Will this give me energy, joy, or growth?
– Am I uniquely positioned to do this?
If it’s not a yes to at least one… it’s a no.
The best leaders don’t just hire the most obvious talent. They spot what others miss.
They nurture what others overlook.
And they build the kind of loyalty that isn’t just about retention, it’s about legacy.
