know it’s a little silly, but whenever an ulcerative colitis flare keeps me from eating, I end up baking for everyone else. 🍎🥮 Maybe it’s my way of coping—if I can’t enjoy the food, at least I can put a little extra deliciousness into the world for someone else. Today’s project: homemade apple fritters. #Baking #AppleFritters #ComfortFood #FoodMadeWithLove
