The Board has received more than one warning.
@ShepherdLe66139 submitted a signed, notarized cease-and-desist demanding that officials stop using election machines and move to hand counting. Her follow-up documents individually addressed evidence packages delivered to all five supervisors on September 30, with additional notice to the County Attorney, Sheriff, Secretary of State and legislative leaders.
Those offices should publicly acknowledge the notice and explain what they reviewed, what they determined and what action they took. If they dispute her claims or requested remedy, provide the supporting evidence and legal basis.
Joseph E. La Rue, the Deputy County Attorney named in this citizen’s account, also represented the County in my Superior Court case, CV2025-063720. He and the Board are familiar with my concerns.
My underlying questions remain unanswered: the applicable MVD, USPS and election-contractor agreements; disaster recovery provisions; documented contract oversight; root-cause reviews; corrective action plans; and verification that identified problems were fixed.
Defending the County in court did not resolve those underlying compliance questions.
This is exactly why my partner Neil and I proposed an independent compliance officer to examine citizen complaints and determine whether a violation of ethics, law, contract requirements or another obligation under the Board’s authority occurred.
That process must include tracking, a written determination, corrective action for identified deficiencies, verification, monitoring and formal closure notifying the citizen.
@MarkStewart_AZ You said you would get our proposal on the agenda. When will the Board consider and vote on the 12-month pilot? If something is blocking it, identify the obstacle.
Citizens have submitted notices, affidavits, records requests and specific questions. The Board needs to account for what it has done with them.
A response is not a resolution. Show the review. Show the findings. Show the corrective action and verification.

The way these third-country agreements work for illegal immigrants is simple: they get sent to a cooperating third country, which then returns them home.
By simply following the law, President Trump is creating thousands of homecomings for people who were here illegally.

ATTENTION MARICOPA COUNTY RESIDENTS!
Election-day voter disenfranchisement is unacceptable. Yet, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (BOS) has effectively dismissed my concerns about known election-day problems. Regardless of Party, we all want and deserve fair elections. There's still time to act before November 3!
As a roving election attorney since the 2022 primary, I've observed an average of 10 vote centers during each of the past five Arizona elections. I witnessed the printer problems in the 2022 primary that foreshadowed the general election debacle. I served on Kari Lake's post-election legal team, and I testified at her trial.
The pattern: Problems observed during primaries reappear on a larger scale during general elections.
The problem: I observed at 10 vote centers during the July 21, 2026 primary, and here is what I saw:
1. Site books failing simultaneously at 8 of my 10 vote centers.
2. Broken tabulators at 3 of my 10 vote centers that the Maricopa County Elections Department (MCED) failed to replace.
3. MCED has decided to ignore the law by NOT TRAINING poll workers to encourage on-site tabulation of mail-in ballots, which will ensure that AZ voters will not know the final election results for 7–10 days.
4. Voting resources misallocated among vote centers.
I documented these problems in a report submitted to the BOS. After more than a month, Deputy County Attorney Joseph E. La Rue responded, essentially dismissing my concerns without offering concrete solutions. I challenged his response in a detailed rebuttal.

"We are also starting to consult federal workers on how to do some blocking inside the govt agencies during emergency situations - but please do not put that on the form."
Excuse me? Actively blocking the federal government during an "emergency situation?"
And how are federal workers involved with Renew American Democracy (RAD), a group whose primary mission is to a fundamental rewrite of our Constitution?
Turns out, a certain federal workers alliance, FWAD, is working closely with RAD on their goal to rewrite America.
FWAD is the Federal Workers Alliance for Democracy, formerly known as "Federal Workers Against DOGE."
RAD's published strategy lists FWAD among its endorsers. But FWAD isn't just an endorser. It is a founding partner of the Nationwide Deliberation Campaign (NDC). The goal is "a national People's Proposal of structural reforms" - which, in RAD's other videos and strategy documents, is planned to occur just after the federal government has been declared illegitimate. In a nutshell: with no federal government, a representative (read: DEI) panel of citizens will be assembled, their input collated and stitched into a new constitution for the Fourth Founding.
But that is not the only path for restructuring. A concept note also proposes "Constitutional amendments," with "state ratification strategies." Either way, all evidence points to that the NGOs in the Block lane know their goal is to rewrite American governance.

Maricopa County Recorder Justin Heap announced today the resolution of Attorney General Kris Mayes' lawsuit concerning 24 voters placed in pending Documentary Proof of Citizenship (DPOC) status. The resolution follows four weeks of requests for legally sufficient citizenship verification from the Maricopa County Attorney's Office.
