Three types of traders:
1- avg traders run free
2- solid traders run also free
3- abusers: churners, rollers, gamblers, fullporters, gamers etc don’t run free
The 3 traders aren’t the same, why apply global rules on everyone and the two first types of traders get impacted negatively when the 3rd type is the one should be controlled.

FYI: prime was for solid traders and they refused the idea if it being based on a payout so it got discontinued.
