“The most dangerous person in the world is the one who can keep showing up, every single day, even when the rewards are uncertain.” - Sahil Bloom
5-minute local SEO check:
Open your Google Business Profile on your phone.
Test the website, booking, call and messaging options that appear.
Right page? Current booking system? Inbox someone checks?
A customer finding you is only useful if they can reach you, right?
Another day.. SEO obsession..
Today I’m doing something different.
Instead of auditing what a SaaS is doing wrong, I studied what @zapier is doing right.
Ahrefs estimates ~7.2M organic visits/month.
But that’s NOT the most interesting part.
Here’s what I’d actually steal 🧵
If I were a smaller SaaS, I’d steal this:
1. Pick ONE customer problem
2. Build a useful page around it
3. Show how the product solves it
4. Give them a template/start point
5. Distribute it through a partner/creator
Then repeat.
Zapier’s traffic estimate is impressive. But that’s not the moat I’d copy.
I’d copy the connection between:
Search → Content → Product → Distribution
That system is much more useful than chasing traffic for traffic’s sake.

Open 3 blog posts that attract relevant visitors.
For each, ask: “What would this reader need next?”
Link to the specific product or service that helps, where it naturally fits.

Give useful traffic somewhere to go.
Today, I audited @superfiliate's SEO + AI visibility.
They already have strong authority + useful content.
But I found a bigger opportunity:
Fix the broken buyer paths, push commercial pages closer to page 1, and build more independent proof around the brand.
