As our cross-chain ecosystem grows, deciding which chains to support, and when to suspend, should be transparent and community-led.
This proposal puts both decisions to a community vote, now open to MAPO holders.

Arcās 0.25-second block time has been added to Radarās chain parameters, improving sync-progress calculations and lag alerts.

Radar previously reconnected when Ethereum or XRP made no progress for one minute, even when the node was simply slow.
It now confirms a stall only after two consecutive minutes.
