I’m looking to connect with Substack creators: both those just getting started and who’ve been building for a while. I’d love to learn from people who are experimenting, growing an audience, and figuring out what works.
Share your Substack below and I’ll give you a follow!

14 years ago, I built a small WordPress plugin that auto-posted blog content to social media using @buffer.
It's running on tens of thousands of WordPress sites, and today it became one of the first integrations to launch on Buffer's brand new API.
WordPress to Buffer and WordPress to Buffer Pro v6 is out:
✓ Faster, more reliable publishing
✓ A clearer Status Type dropdown (Text, Link, Image, Story, Pin, Google) replacing the old cryptic image settings
✓ Foundations laid for the next wave of Buffer features
If you publish content on WordPress and use Buffer to schedule it across social networks, this release is for you.

Thanks to the Buffer team for their work on this new API.

Honestly, @PayPal may just be the worst customer service I've ever interacted with, so much so that I've felt the need to complain online 🫠
Our team is spending some time at the end of the year making small improvements across Buffer; the little things that make creating, scheduling, and engaging feel smoother. 💙
If you have a suggestion or would like to see something added, now’s a great time to add it or upvote it on our Suggestions board. Your feedback helps us stay focused on what matters most to you, and we love reading all your suggestions!

Since the beginning of the year, I've made it a habit to share something on social every single week.
What surprised me the most? The biggest shift didn't come from posting more - it came from engaging in real conversations.
Our team at @buffer dove into the numbers: after analyzing 72,000 posts, we made quite the discovery 💡
Creators replying to comments consistently saw a 30% boost in engagement on future posts 🚀
Thrilled to announce my debut on the Buffer blog! 🎉
I just dropped my first article, all about how we’re giving @Buffer’s Public API a makeover 💅
Curious? Dive into the article, share your thoughts, and join me on this adventure!

Wow, what a week!
It's very rare to spend time in person together as a remote company, but once per year, we carve out that time so that we can develop deeper connections to our goals and each other.
There are 3 "sessions" that make a Buffer retreat quite unique ⬇️
3️⃣ Gratitude Session. Our last session of the retreat focuses on sharing gratitude and giving thanks to other colleagues. Sometimes we give thanks for work things that have happened during the week, and other times, we take a moment to share something more personal.
Over the last 4 months, I've focused on creating more consistency with posting.
→ My impressions have increased by 434.2%
→ My reach has increased by 531.1%
→ I've gained 250 new followers
You don't have to be a thought leader to have impact. You just need to start.
One of my goals for 2025 was to create more content for myself, particularly around building in public and some of the projects I've been working on at @Buffer.
Last week, we launched streaks and it's been so helpful to keep me accountable to my goals.
