Everyone should agree that posting AI deep-Fakes as real is harmful to all of us as a society.
It did not take long for me to verify that a photo being circulated of my client @sneako is completely fake.
@sneako and @yeoakx did a livestream on KICK. In that livestream they were simply walking and talking.
Someone took a screenshot of their livestream and used AI to edit it to make it appear that the two men were kissing on the livestream.
This is easily verifiably false since it never happened and the livestream was seen live!
The original fake manufactured defamatory photo showing them kissing on the livestream is below. Originally posted back in July.
Now here is the kicker:
Some accounts have cropped out the Kick logo so people cannot tell it was taken from a live stream and they posted the cropped fake photo as if it was real.
Why would they crop out the KICK live-streaming logo? Because if they left it there people would know the original source and could look up the livestream to see that there was absolutely no kissing in it.
This is just one example of the extent people will go to spread lies using AI and deception.

If I were an attorney reviewing these, particularly in the context of Amy Tripp / Starheal’s prior litigation, I would characterize them as documented evidence of threatened reputational harm, financial coercion, retaliatory intent, and potentially extortionate conduct. But that’s just my opinion 🤷🏻♀️
