16th October fails all security checks so can't get anywhere at all
After 90 minutes on a call trying to sort, I was disconnected. No call back. Had to start all over only to be hung up on because they couldn't pass security checks with the information off my account (as attached).
Wouldn't put me to a manager when asked several times
