When we send @TroyJackson207 to DC, we won’t settle for scraps. Neither will he. We’re demanding Medicare For All, higher wages, universal childcare & housing that people can actually afford.
That’s why the billionaire class is so desperate to stop this movement. They will fail.

my very Cuban mom and myself will be voting for you this week queen. we got you 🩷
It’s disappointing to have to say this, but @CBSNews, this is a serious failure of editorial reporting. I clearly state in this clip that while I have not personally been to Cuba, I have spoken with Cubans who have described it as a dictatorship, and I believe them. To claim I declined to answer the question is categorically false. That is not journalism. It is misinformation.

The Atlantic: Bernie Sanders Is Suddenly Everywhere
Mid-October in an election year is not usually Sanders’s busy season. The Vermont senator last had a tough race in his home state during President Bill Clinton’s first term. And although Sanders can draw a crowd like few other progressive politicians, Democratic candidates typically embrace him during primaries and then stick him on the sideline for the stretch run, when they’re rediscovering their love of capitalism and bipartisanship.
This fall, however, Sanders is in far more demand than usual. He’s campaigning for Democrats in some of the most competitive battlegrounds, entrusted not only with juicing turnout on college campuses—his assigned role in earlier years—but with persuading voters in Republican-leaning areas as well. From Maine, Sanders headed to Florida and then on to Texas and Michigan.
That Sanders finds himself, a decade after his first run for the presidency, arguably at the peak of his influence is all the more remarkable given that he recently turned 85 and that Democrats have spent the past two years wringing their hands over their party’s gerontocracy.

So at this point in 2018, Dems were losing early voting by 3 in Florida. They ended up losing the Senate race by .1%.
This year they are losing the early vote by only .4%. FLORIDA IS IN PLAY. ANGIE NIXON CAN WIN. Explains why AOC and Bernie are spending so much time there.
Florida early voting update:
Early in-person turnout among Republicans has fallen off a cliff.
At R+0.4, the total early vote in the state is about as blue as 2018, 5 points higher than this point in 2022, and 10 points higher than in 2024.

Why won't Ashley Moody take questions from ANY credible reporter? Here she is running from CBS MIAMI and Local 10 News
They must really be worried about Angie Nixon winning Florida if they have to distort her answer on Cuba. Listen to the actual clip: Angie does what she does best—centering the people. She talks about hearing the pain and experiences of Cuban Americans, returning to Obama-era policy, and lifting the embargo.

Bari Weiss CBS working hand in glove with Rubio's obviously political pre-mid term call for a CIA coup in Cuba by ignoring what Angie Nixon actually said. You can think its a dictatorship while also thinking its wrong to starve and kill Cubans with a US blockade.

NEW: Angie Nixon is running for Senate on a huge bet: Medicare for All can win over Trump voters in Florida.
To put that theory to the test, we brought Nixon to one of the unhealthiest counties in Florida — where 1 in 5 lives in poverty, thousands are uninsured, and doctors are few and far between.

🔥 Could Bernie become the de facto leader of the Democratic Party?
POLITICO reports that @BernieSanders could soon gain a powerful new perch to help shape the party's direction heading into 2028.
Chair Sanders "would put the affordability crisis at the center of what an opposition party should be doing, use oversight of the Trump admin to secure concrete gains for working families, and help define Democrats as a party prepared to fight for working people while taking on Trump." — Our Revolution Executive Director Joseph Geevarghese told @politico
