wow #SpaceHubSL stopped posting stolen photos and went full throttle on ripple spam for a day before getting their account "temporarily restricted"
Update: sorry, it was #viewspxrn, not "viewpxrn" (which only tweeted uncredited photos once in Jul 2021 and gave up). Also they deleted so here's a cached screenshot for posterity, I really should be better about screenshots.

source is this APOD pic: apod.nasa.gov/apod/ap220802.… -- it's a real photo but the scrapers just never mention the photographer, or that it's a trick of clouds + exposure
Funny thing about this #avatardomy / #avatardomy2 tweet is if you do a phrase search you find the source of the caption is a 2017 @mashable article, so it's really been 16 years: mashable.com/article/chongqi…

ALT two tweets in a row from duplicate accounts showing an elevated train passing through an apartment building tunnel, caption "residents of this apartment block in china have lived with an actual train going through the building for 11 years now"
Per the Park that posted the photo, it's a realistic "replica nest" to show scale: ftw.usatoday.com/2022/04/bal… / facebook.com/ForestParkNatur…

This photo by @lukesergent3 was a composite of two shots, and was taken in the Namib Desert, not the Sahara. flickr.com/photos/lukesergen…
As usual, #uhd2020 probably copied erroneous info from Reddit: reddit.com/r/spaceporn/comme…

Clone stamp fuzz with duplicated clouds around center of image where Photoshopper covered the sun before pasting in a full moon aligned with the sun's reflection.

I like how in this one the crescent moon is REALLY high up at sunset, with the lit side facing *away* from the sun.

Okay, looks like others are also noticing the #fasc1nate content strategy
Recycling 10 year old news for cheap clicks, while including no details = spam tactics. Spammers have no reason to live.
