Pig of the Day 🐷

It's our sanctuary namesakes, Mary Piggins and Mr. Banks, posing for a photo together! 🐷🤩🐷 We originally rescued them with the intent on training them to travel to local schools, hospitals, and organizations to educate people about pigs and why they are so misunderstood. BUT our plans changed when a property near us was put up for sale in 2020, deciding instead to open our own nonprofit pig and animal sanctuary so that we could help more pigs! Since Mary Piggins and Mr. Banks inspired our mission, we named the sanctuary after them...Piggins and Banks! ❤️🐽 See all the ways you can help our mission of fostering education and empathy towards pigs at pigginsandbanks.org/help 🐽
