How should Christians approach Halloween?
Christians tend to fall into four different camps when it comes to participating in Halloween:
- Total abstinence
- Full participation
- Partial participation
- Redemptive participation
Some abstain from Halloween altogether. Others fully participate in the festivities, while some enjoy the family fun without participating in the glorification of evil.
I believe the better alternative is redemptive participation.
My mom has set this example for me for years. She uses Halloween as an opportunity to share the gospel by attaching Bible verses to candy, making Scripture signs for her front lawn, and sharing the love of Jesus with the families who come to her door.
As she says, “What other time of year do you have people coming to your home and asking you for something? This is like the easiest evangelism opportunity possible.”
A night associated with darkness can actually be an opportunity to shine the light of Christ.
Dad tells his daughter that there’s a 1% chance she may grow up to be a boy and that he wants her to “have space to be a beast, a monster, and a literal witch.”
This is absolutely demonic. This little girl is being raised with so much confusion and deception.
She is a girl and will always be a girl. Hoping your daughter grows up to be terror and a witch is a terrible thing to hope for your child.
This is awful parenting.
Courage always wins. These girls are so brave for protesting against a biological boy competing in an all-girls race.
You don’t need to point him out for me to tell this was a boy. It is very obvious. He’s bigger, taller, and has the physical advantages.
Simply because he declares himself a girl now he’s taking the spot of other girls.
These girls are braver than 99% of adults.
Christian moms, why are you posting photos of your daughters in short, tight, revealing homecoming dresses? What is going on?
If the point of an outfit is to draw attention to anything other than the face or overall beauty of a woman’s presence, then it’s not an outfit a Christian woman should wear—whether she’s a teenager or an adult.
Our role as Christian moms is to help our girls understand her dignity, embrace biblical loveliness, and recognize that just because her friends are wearing it doesn’t mean she has to.
I spoke at a pro-life conference in Washington, DC back in January 2025. I was sitting on a panel and had an idea spark in my mind: a Christian, pro-life period & pregnancy tracking app.
There’s so many apps I’ve used in the past that I don’t like. Whether that’s how they look and/or the gender neutral language.
What you may not know is that many of these apps support anti-marriage, anti-baby, and have a pro-abortion agenda.
You shouldn’t have to look at that during especially vulnerable seasons in your life.
That’s why we created ana kate— a Christian, pro-life period and pregnancy tracking app that provides wisdom and insights that are biblically sound and a scientifically accurate resource for Christian women.

Did you know some of the most popular period and pregnancy tracking apps openly promote abortion?
Natural Cycles links to abortion resources and Planned Parenthood. Flo calls abortion access “a crucial part of healthcare.” Ovia publishes abortion-related resources, including how to access an abortion.
There is a world of period trackers that isn’t neutral about life. Now, there’s an alternative.
Meet ana kate—a Christian, pro-life period and pregnancy tracking app that’s unapologetically for women and for life, founded by @conservmillen.

The media narrative is that radical socialists are taking over a once-moderate Democratic Party, but historian Victor Davis Hanson says the reverse is true: the Democratic Party itself laid the groundwork for the socialist movement.
He says, “The chicken was the Democratic Party and the egg was the socialists. Not the other way around.”
“They’re not called the Republican Socialists of America. They’re not called the independent socialists of America. They’re not called the Socialists of America. They’re called the Democratic Socialists of America.”
Ashley Flynn’s parents stood in court after Caleb Flynn was sentenced to life in prison for murdering their daughter.
They told him: “We forgive you.”
But they also asked the judge for the maximum sentence.
They chose not to let anger and bitterness consume them, while still recognizing that what happened to Ashley was evil and deserved earthly justice and consequences.
Forgiveness does not mean pretending evil didn’t happen. It means refusing to let evil have the final word.
Ms. Rachel has publicly called Palestinian journalist Motaz Azaiza “my friend,” despite his own statements expressing that Palestinian lives are more valuable than Israeli lives and his admission that he hid footage of Israeli hostages to protect Hamas.
Ms. Rachel may genuinely want to promote compassion, but compassion without discernment can lead us to support dangerous people and policies.
Ms. Rachel is not someone we should support.
Trauma therapist says, “teaching children that Jesus died for their salvation is not only developmentally inappropriate, it can also be emotionally abusive.”
All of us are sinners and there is a price that needs to be paid for that sin.
God is perfect and holy and can’t tolerate sin. Rather than leaving us to the consequences of that sin, He made a way for us to be totally forgiven.
He loved us so much that He sent His son Jesus to die for us that whoever believes in Him will not die, but have eternal life. That’s really good news. It’s not emotionally abusive or traumatizing. It’s the kind of good news that sets you free, no matter your age.
Allie responds to the Ed Sheeran/Macklemore “Free Palestine” concert controversy:
Never apologize for that which you are not sorry and should not be sorry. Don’t apologize if what you said is true and you refused to cave to pressure and people are made about it.
Just because people are loud, mean, and persistent does not make them right. They are not the boss of you, Ed Sheeran.
You don’t need to do what other people say just because the pressure is on.
