When I get free time away from work, it looks a lot like this. It’s health and enjoyment wrapped into one. Cycling 30 miles and stopping at the bakery on the way back. It’s gardening the produce and homemaking the pizza. It’s drinking the wine, and still making my workout the next day. Balance is not always a given, but it’s created.

From the summer camera roll: vacation workouts just hit different.

If only every hike had a bed to lay on at the top.

It’s just what I do. #NationalRadioDay

Today we honor and celebrate my best friend on his birthday. Dad. He was the best listener I have ever met and he always said “I love this family.” We love you and miss you dad.
