Gratitude Day is celebrated annually on the 21st of September. The celebration of Gratitude Day allows both individual citizens and organisations within wider society to celebrate the broad meaning of gratitude in a variety of ways.
Health Education is an important part of Public Health. Our health promotion team is passionate about teaching communities. This is one of the visual aids used on the 750km for SHAWCO trip in 2018.

LEX PROGRAMME
This community-based program has a specific focus on Mathematics and Physical Sciences and lessons take place at Kensington High School.
During the annual visits to Zithulele Hospital, Eastern Cape, student volunteers visit some of the surrounding clinics. We are very grateful for the health professionals that teach and help us in those clinics.
