For example, if your volume represents 5% of the Top 15's combined volume, your proportional share would be $125.

In other words, what matters is the qualifying volume generated through executed trades, not simply placing orders or holding funds.

🏦 Fed decision this Wednesday. Here’s why the first market move may not tell you much.
In September 2024, the Fed surprised with a 50 bps cut. The S&P 500 initially jumped as much as 1%, then reversed and closed 0.29% lower.
History tells a similar story:
📉 1998: stocks briefly retested their lows after the Fed began cutting, then recovered to new highs by December.
📉 2019: the S&P 500 fell 5.6% after the first cut before recovering and reaching a new high by October.
Now, the Fed meets again on October 28. Markets currently put the probability of a hike at only around 9-10%, with a hold overwhelmingly expected.
So the real question may not be “hike or hold?” It’s what the Fed signals comes next. 👀

💰 $2,500 is sitting on the table, but almost nobody understands how the money is actually split.
In the POTS Market Trading Arena Season 1, the entire $2,500 prize pool goes to the Top 15 traders.
There are no fixed prizes for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place. Instead, every dollar is distributed proportionally based on each winner’s share of the combined Valid Notional Volume of those Top 15 traders.

Only successfully matched trades executed during the competition window count:

The following are excluded from the final verified totals:

▫️ Cancelled orders

▫️ Multi-account manipulation
The leaderboard updates every 5–10 minutes, but the final ranking and prize calculation depend on the end-of-competition snapshot and subsequent verification process.
