The end of an era. The Metro Rapids 06B have played their last game. To all the boys that have been part of building the legacy (multiple league titles, numerous tournament Championships, and a 2021 State Cup victory), you will not soon be forgotten. Metro Rapids 06B…out.

In one last game to clear the slate, the boys had some fun! Many boys played different positions, but were still able to put 5 on the sheet. Goals by Chinedu Nwokoro, Garrett McQuillan, Jacob Barnes, and Landon Haas. Kai Miyashita added a PK save in his season debut at keeper!

Andrew Hurley’s header from Chinedu Nwokoro during Monday’s game. Great cross and outstanding finish!

The boys end their 2022 State Cup with a 3-1 victory! Even with no post season ramifications, the boys showed a ton of heart in putting together a great total team game. Goals 1 - Matthew Dabbelt 2 - Chinedu Nwokoro (free kick) 3- Andrew Hurley (header) from Chinedu Nwokoro
