Today we're shipping screen-aware dictation. First, we built a speedy speech-to-text (very fast, ~450ms). But, many products do this! So we went further. Now dictate using your screen as context. In Claude Code, it writes the prompt. In G-Mail, it replies in your voice. Demo:

The product is the AI's output, and the AI's output is bounded by what the harness measures. A weak harness produces a weak output. A strong harness produces a strong output. The company that owns the strongest, most private test set wins, because their test set is something the AI of any competitor can't see or train against. A great harness is the single most leveraged thing in this whole system. Build it well.
