so in talking to @austingriffith i realized that not everyone knows what these are!!!! as a five year old in 1988, they were my absolute favorite toy to collect. they were called M.U.S.C.L.E.* "millions of unusual small creatures lurking everywhere" a few years ago i got obsessed with collecting a full set on eBay, and then I hired my friend to take beautiful, incredibly high resolution studio portraits of all 236 of them when i discovered cryptopunks in 2017, my very first thought was "it's like M.U.S.C.L.E. on the blockchain!" and so I've always had the idea to make them into their own NFT project👇 littlepinkdudes.pages.dev no release date yet, but you can sign up with your email if you want to be notified when it drops *they're based on a japanese manga called kinnekuman, but as a kid i knew nothing about that, as mattel stripped them of pretty much all their japanese heritage.
