@Tera_Map publishes its supply, trait distribution, and resource mapping from the same constants the game and the art already read.
The site states that the tables for the six resources, the rarity counts, and the token addresses are generated from the identical source used by the running city and the deed renderer. A mismatch would fail an internal check. Because the assignment of resource and rarity to each of the 3,333 token IDs is deterministic and already fixed, the full map of who will hold which residual weight is knowable before any mint occurs. There is no remaining off-chain randomness that can reallocate Drift, Moon, Comet, Nova, Pulsar, or the eight Singularities after the fact.
This creates a different commitment than a project that reveals traits only at mint or that retains the ability to adjust weights later. The 1×–6× multipliers, the exact counts (1,800 / 815 / 416 / 226 / 68 / 8), and the six native Robinhood Stock Tokens are locked to the token IDs now. When (and if) the extraction contracts and any treasury are deployed, they will reference a distribution that can no longer be altered without changing the already-minted tokens themselves.
The city those tokens occupy is already live and does not require a wallet. The economic layer that would turn the fixed multipliers into residual claims is not. The single-source design therefore fixes the relative weights of every Land in advance of any cash flow, while leaving the existence and exact implementation of those cash flows as the remaining variable. Once the mint completes, the map of residual priority is immutable; only the contracts that read it can still change.

Spatial data will be bought the way uptime is bought. Not as a catalog. As a level.
A robotics or logistics buyer does not want “access to a map.” They want a stated freshness on a named set of polygons, a way to order a refresh when the level is missed, and a receipt when it is met. Today that contract does not exist. Vendors sell a layer. The layer is whatever they filmed. There is no SLA for the bay door, and no penalty when the bay door has moved and the layer has not.
@vangrid_io is legible as the infrastructure under that kind of level.
A requester defines the polygon and the window, and funds a bounty. Someone who can walk the site records a short pass. Faces and plates are stripped on the device. The capture is fingerprinted at that moment, so the clock is real. Reconstruction returns geometry. Acceptance is the event that meets the level. The batch root is attested on Base, so the meeting can be checked by someone who was not in the loop. If the window closes without an acceptance, the level was missed. That is visible. A new bounty is the remedy, not a ticket to a vendor.
Fleets cannot offer this. Their level is their route. Satellites cannot offer it indoors. Open uploads cannot offer it at all, because there is no window, no accept, and no root. An SLA needs all three. Otherwise you have a feed, and feeds do not belong in a deployment contract.
$VAN is specified as collateral and settlement. It is not live. Points are not tokens.
The buyers who put machines in the street will eventually write “ground observation, this polygon, this age, this proof” into the same document as compute and insurance. The networks that can fill that line will be infrastructure. The ones that can only show a globe will be optional.

Insider extraction dwarfs pure speed advantages.
Bitquery’s analysis of 8.2 million Pump.fun launches found that 21 percent had developer-linked wallets buying in the launch block and holding a median 10 percent of supply. Developers and bundled wallets extracted at least $579 million after fees on tokens they later sold. Sniper bots extracted $31.5 million. The insider cohort captured roughly 18 times the value of pure speed-based sniping.
The gap is structural. Linked wallets that can participate in the launch block secure supply before most external participants arrive, then exit into the liquidity those later buyers provide. Speed alone is secondary once early access and coordinated ownership are available.
Activity Fi, coming to Zaps, proposes to condition eligibility on prior verified onchain activity already scored in the same layer used for zScore and campaign rankings. Whether that filter reduces the share of launch-block linked wallets and the associated extraction will be measurable once registration opens. The scale of the current extraction is already public in the Bitquery data.

An open upload is not a data network. It is an invitation for the worst file to win.
Anyone can film a bay. The buyer who needs that bay cannot sort the useful pass from the staged one, the old one, or the one that never left the sidewalk. Volume makes the problem worse. The first filter has to be on who is allowed to submit, not only on what gets accepted after. Most crowd systems reverse this. They open the door, then try to clean the room.
@vangrid_io puts a gate in front of the walk.
Contributors are invited or vetted before they can take a brief. That is not a growth limit. It is the cheapest place to stop bad supply. Once in, a person who can enter the site records a short pass. Faces and plates are stripped on the device. The file is fingerprinted at capture, reconstructed, and submitted against a bounty. Acceptance is the second gate. A public root on Base is what lets a buyer check that a vetted contributor’s accepted pass was actually rooted, not merely claimed. Overlap from another vetted device is the third gate. Each layer is cheaper than discovering the problem after a machine has planned against the file.
This is the opposite of a scrape. A scrape has no gate and no refuse. A hardware grid has a gate at the box, which is why it never reaches the interiors and informal streets a person can already enter. A phone grid only works if the phone is attached to someone who was allowed to use it for this job. Invite codes, on-device redaction, and an accept step are the same idea at three different moments: do not let unfiltered input become inventory.
$VAN is specified as collateral and settlement. It is not live. Points are not tokens.
The category will be decided by rejection rates, not by signup rates. A rail that can say no at the door, no at acceptance, and still show a public root for the yeses is starting to be usable. A rail that can only say yes is still a camera app with a token thesis.

A free mint changes the starting condition of any residual claim.
@Tera_Map 3,333 Lands are scheduled as a whitelist mint on OpenSea Studio. The whitelist is open and reviewed by hand; the date has not been set and will be announced on X first. Because the mint price is zero, the initial distribution of deeds is not set by willingness to pay. It is set by who clears the allowlist and completes the transaction. Gas is the only on-chain cost.
Once a Land is minted its resource and rarity are fixed. The residual claim those traits will carry if the extraction and treasury layer ships is therefore allocated at zero acquisition cost. Any later value is entirely a function of what the post-mint contracts actually implement: the owner drip, the priority work window, the raid caps, the agent rate multipliers, and whatever treasury holdings (if any) are denominated in the six native Robinhood Stock Tokens.
Those contracts are not live. The whitepaper is explicit that no token exists, no treasury holds anything, and nothing pays out today. A Land at mint is a deed to a coordinate inside a city that is already playable without a wallet. The residual economics, the derivative nature of the underlying tokens, and the bounded raid rules are design commitments, not current cash flows.
The free mint therefore concentrates the risk after the distribution rather than at it. Holders do not pay an upfront premium for the residual; they receive the position and then depend on whether the specified extraction priority, the 1×–6× multipliers, and the treasury mechanism are deployed as described. If they are, the residual is allocated to a broad set of zero-cost holders. If they are not, or if they are altered, the deeds remain coordinates in a live multiplayer map whose economic layer never materialized. That sequencing is the central design choice.

Ticker collisions expose the first-mover advantage.
On October 20 a new token launched under an existing $KIMCHI ticker. Bitquery traced three linked wallets that switched to the new contract within one minute. In under nine minutes those wallets turned $7,332 into $111,748 in sales while the original token fell from a $5.35 million valuation to $875,000. The sequence required no sustained history on either contract, only the ability to identify and execute the switch faster than the broader market.
This is the same structure visible across ZeruAI’s sample of 3,374 launches: early concentration of ownership and rapid exits by wallets that arrive first. Open creation makes the cost of entry near zero and the cost of rapid repositioning low for any coordinated set of addresses.
Activity Fi, coming to Zaps, proposes to raise that cost by conditioning eligibility on prior verified onchain activity already scored in the same layer used for zScore and campaign rankings. Whether the filter materially reduces the share of rapid switchers and linked extractive wallets will be measurable once registration opens. The baseline patterns from unconstrained launches are already public. @zerufinance

@Tera_Map treats the rarest Lands as coordination problems rather than pure individual claims.
The eight Singularity plots are specified to support crew heists rather than solo extraction. The design calls for four roles: one to cut power, one to open the vault, one to move the take, and one open slot. These heists are not in the game today and the split of any take among the crew has not been fixed. The whitepaper leaves the division blank on purpose.
This is distinct from the standard extraction rules that apply to the rest of the map. On ordinary Lands the owner holds residual priority (automatic drip plus priority work, with raiders capped at a small percentage and a post-raid window still available to the owner). On a Singularity complex the residual is still the owner’s, but realizing a larger extraction requires assembling a temporary crew. Ownership does not automatically convert into the ability to empty the plot alone.
The rest of the supply follows fixed multipliers on whatever residual the post-mint system produces: Drift at 1×, Moon at 1.5×, Comet at 2×, Nova at 3×, Pulsar at 4×, and Singularity at 6×. These weights are already locked to the known distribution of 3,333 Lands. Agents (capped at eight per holder and 10% per agent) can raise the rate at which an owner works their residual, but they do not change the priority or the multiplier.
Until the extraction contracts and heist logic are deployed, none of these rules are operational. A Land is currently a deed to a coordinate inside a live multiplayer city that requires no wallet to enter. The open variable is whether the post-mint implementation preserves both the residual priority on standard Lands and the coordination requirement on the eight Singularities, or whether those distinctions collapse once the code is live.

Attention and residual value are misaligned.
A recent token reached a $15 million market cap in minutes, then lost over 98 percent of its value within an hour after promotional posts were deleted. The wallets that supplied attention and liquidity absorbed the losses once the external coordination ended. This is the standard outcome when entry is ordered by speed and social reach rather than by prior measurable participation.
ZeruAI’s analysis of 3,374 launches shows the same structure at scale: roughly 1 percent organic graduation to a DEX, developer selling beginning within five minutes in 68.7 percent of cases, and early bundles concentrating ownership before later participants arrive. The residual value after the initial spike accrues primarily to those who exited first.
Activity Fi, coming to Zaps, proposes to reverse the entry condition. Verified onchain activity already recorded in the same scoring layer used for zScore, campaign rankings, and the Allocation API would determine who is eligible to participate. Whether this changes the distribution of residual value depends on whether the filter systematically excludes short-lived extractive wallets while retaining wallets with sustained history. The open data from the existing campaigns provides the baseline; the upcoming registration will show whether the reordering holds in practice.
