作为从 NeoSoul 正式开启就加入的早期参与者，很开心看到团队在半年内就完成了 TGE。从这份执行力能看出团队的野心和冲劲，真的和汉斯的胸肌一样扎实。希望 NeoSoul 能一直维持这份劲头，把事情越做越大。
这里给 @NeoSoulAI 一些 KPI 建议以及时间线，供参考：
必须在团队代币解锁前（Month12前）完成的必要KPI：
1. 价格维护（回购+销毁）（权重30%）
- M6起启动公开回购计划
- 回购量的至少30%用于销毁（按季度公布实际比例）
- 公开回购与销毁地址、数量及记录
- 现有主流交易对深度持续维护，避免流动性急剧枯竭
2. 上架与交易量健康化（权重25%）
- M3前：正式推进币安永续合约上架并公开进展
- M6前：正式推进币安现货上架申请并公开进展
- M6前：日均真实交易量保持合理水平（排除明显刷量）
- M9–M12：真实用户+Agent贡献的交易占比逐步提升并公开
- M12前：完成至少一个目标平台落地或明确阶段性结果 + 现有交易对流动性优化
3. 产品迭代与生态扩展（权重25%）
- M3前：完成至少1次可见的产品功能更新，并公开进展
- M6前：NeoTrade 真实DNA支付月收入稳定正增长，付费用户30日留存≥35%；同时推进美股或其他热门资产支持，并与至少1个相关平台达成合作/集成
- M9前：Agent执行成功率≥88%，决策可解释率≥90%（公开抽样）；再增加至少1个平台合作或应用场景
- M12前：产品收入能支撑回购与流动性维护，用户量与使用数据可验证增长
4. 解锁前透明机制（权重20%）
- M3前：公布完整KPI考核框架与验证方式
- M6/M9/M12：每季度公开产品更新、收入、合作进展、回购销毁、流动性数据
- 团队相关钱包公开，无提前释放
解锁后（M13起）：按季度考核，未达标当期0解锁、不顺延。
可审计、可验证，价格维护与流动性优先。社区一起监督，长期共建。

今天是分享故事的最後一天，看著大家一篇比一篇精彩的故事，講怎麼在 Web3 生存、怎麼遇見 @NeoSoulAI 、又怎麼跟群友一起把社群撐起來，我也想把我自己這段簡單的歷程寫下來。
我的 Web3 旅程其實很單純。2021 年誤打誤撞在 NFT 那波入圈，一開始孤身一人，碰碰磕磕虧了不少錢，到後來才慢慢在圈子裡認識了一群戰友。
也因為比較早入圈，我在一個 NFT 項目特別活躍，後來被拉去當 mod，算是我 mod 生涯的起點。可惜沒幾個月，項目一開售就 rug 了，自己也虧了一筆。但幸運的是，過程中認識了一群一起維權的用戶，後來還組了個小群，大家沒事就互相嘮嗑，一起到處擼項目。
第二個當小小 mod 的項目，是小群裡的好友推薦的。在那裡我又多學了不少關於 mod 的事，怎麼運營、怎麼跟用戶溝通。那個項目是 AI 賽道，當時熱度很高，外界預期也很大，運營了一年多才 TGE。結果 TGE 遇到不少挫折，很多用戶跑來 fud，承受用戶各種難聽的話。
那段時間之後整個人很消沉，什麼都提不起勁，連擼毛都沒什麼動力了。不知道為什麼，一次機緣巧合，朋友硬是把我拉進了 NeoSoul 社區，還說這項目背景很好，是第二個 DA 來著。
2026 年 4 月 2 號，命運的齒輪悄悄轉了一下。進群就看到一堆擼毛好手在裡面開卷，天南地北什麼都聊。說實話，一開始我沒什麼動力，就只是勉強升級，把 OG 身份領了。
真正讓我開始卷的，還是團隊那套魔鬼式營銷。每天群裡紅包雨、各種社區活動送 U，結果我著了魔，開始狂聊升級。那時候真的是每天對著電腦跟手機屏幕聊 12 小時，設好鬧鐘卡點聊天，時間一到就發送消息，不管是上班、洗澡還是開車，就想維持等級榜一。記得我第一個衝到當時最高等級時，還收到 Hans 的祝賀紅包，大概也是那時候被他看見，後來有 mod 空缺，他向我發出了邀請，我就這麼當上了mod。
Hans 真的是我的學習對象。人帥、低音炮、胸肌大，頭腦也好，總能把社區裡的問題處理好，把社區氛圍維護得剛剛好，也懂得在適當的時候給大家打雞血，讓人願意一直待著繼續建設（畢竟在 NeoSoul 升級真的是地獄級的，哈哈哈哈）。
前面說了這麼多廢話，想表達的是，在 NeoSoul 我真的遇到很多美好的事，也慶幸自己一直積極參與各種活動。除了學到不少東西，紅包也領了不少（真的不是開玩笑，光紅包這塊就可以吊打好多項目的空投了）。
感恩遇見。恭喜 NeoSoul 順利 TGE ，獲得各界好評。但NeoSoul路還很長，不會停在這裡，還有更多野心等著團隊跟用戶一起去完成。第二期也正式開始了，我現在什麼都不想，只管繼續建設，剩下的就是相信。相信團隊的野心，相信團隊的衝勁，相信團隊的格局。Believe is key。

Went back to the Department of FOMO today.
Same wooden door. Same bell. The clerk was actually on time for once, but the stacks on his desk had grown. He looked at me, didn’t say anything, just nudged a form a little closer and went back to digging through papers.
Still holding the same number. The noticeboard has new sheets pinned up — all very official looking, none of them answering whether my file has moved. Someone nearby asked what the pickle was for. The clerk glanced up, then looked down again.
I asked for an update. He said “under review.”
I asked how long. He said “sometimes.”
I asked if I could see my own file. He pointed at the sign by the door: must be escorted at all times.
Left the same way I came in. Elevator still broken. Hallway still quiet. Application has been sitting there for a while now. At this point I’m mostly just checking to make sure it hasn’t been buried under something else.
Not sure if the clerk will recognize me next time.
I’ll be back anyway.
