Inspired by @repmatthall's HEAT plan, so I’ve written my own: The Humane & Ethical Adolescent Transportation plan also known as #HB5514 by @repcavitt that will ensure youth are treated with dignity and care during transport to treatment - something I was not afforded as a teen.
