I genuinely cannot believe I’m even having to write this after EVERYTHING we’ve been through lately!!! 😭💔
Rory managed to take Oliver to the Sheffield Wednesday match this afternoon, just to try and cheer him up and give him something nice to look forward to, and they’ve come out to discover that OLIVER’S WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE VAN HAS BEEN STOLEN!!!!
📍 WHERE: Wordsworth Avenue, where it meets Herries Road, Sheffield.
🕐 WHEN: Parked at approximately 1pm today (Sunday 1st November) and discovered missing at around 4pm.
And as if having our van stolen isn’t bad enough, this isn’t just any vehicle. This is Oliver’s wheelchair accessible transport. His independence. His ability to get out and about. 💔
The absolute heartlessness of leaving a severely disabled young man completely STRANDED, unable to simply jump in another car or get a normal taxi, is beyond anything I can put into words!!!
It’s taken HOURS to find a wheelchair accessible taxi, which Rory and Oliver are now waiting for just to be able to get home. 😭

We need to make this van TOO HOT TO HANDLE! Please keep your eyes open, particularly around Sheffield and the surrounding areas.

Anybody else noticed a lot of vw touran, seat alhambra, vw sharan type vehicles going up and down motorways with the rear suspension on its arse? Always two asian men in the front. Bit sus if you ask me.

Carbs stripped, cleaned and resealed, back end now stripped.
Needs frame powder coating and dents/ scratches in tank sorting before paint. Oh and I need a new front mudguard ( hens teeth.)
