How is it that I've run the most informed #FACup facts account for more than 10 years, have 22.5K+ followers on Twitter, been in every FA Cup Final programme for the last 10 years, yet still no media outlet gets in touch with me prior to any round of the FA Cup?

Match 61 of 2026/2027
Uxbridge FC 3-1 Hungerford Town
FA Cup 3rd Qualifying Round
✅ 277
🎟️ £8
First ever trip to Honeycroft, and even before the kickoff I can be sure it won’t be my last! Can of drink, sausage roll and some bread pudding all for £4.50! I genuinely had to ask if they had made a mistake 🤣. Loads of parking, loads of seating, lovely jubbly.
Was lovely to meet Mark before the game, thanks for saying hello! Maybe I am a good luck charm!
I’d actually seen Hungerford earlier in this seasons FA Cup competition, they drew then won a replay, but that won’t be happening today. 3 down at half time, and the third is one the away keeper won’t want to see back!
In the second half it was a lot closer, helped by the fact Uxbridge lost a player to a straight red. Hungerford got their consolation goal but never looked like getting 3 back. They are a league below the winners after all.
What a pleasant ground, well kept, friendly staff, amazing prices. Highly highly recommended and good luck in the next round!
Match 60 of 2026/2027
Crawley Down Gatwick 4-2 Little Common
Southern Combination Prem
✅ 276
🎟️ £8
Firstly, well done to the hosts on a great atmosphere for the first game on a hop. Good atmosphere and made it feel like an event!
In the first half the away side sped into a two nil lead, and had an amazing chance to make it 3 with a one-on-one for their number 7, but it went wide… and that’s when everything changed. Crawley Down’s own number 7, Callum Kilkenny, who was already the best player on the pitch before this - took over firstly with a 40 yard free kick goal, and then an equaliser moments later.
At half time I tried the chicken and mushroom curry and at £8 the portion size was great and hit the spot! Lots of larger choice on two too.
Second half started and the inevitable happened, Crawley went 3-2 up, and then later 4-2 up. But Little Common will feel like they really could’ve had this in the bag during the first half.
Improvements I’d suggest would basically surround the PA system, which is effectively useless when sitting in the main stand. Oh and get a bigger substitution board it’s tiny 🤣.

We've reached the 3rd Qualifying Round of the @EmiratesFACup and all 40 ties are being played tomorrow.
6 all Step 2 ties - @Buxton_FC v @SouthShieldsFC being the pick - 9th v 4th and ELO 1665 v 1713 (heavyweight tie of the round too)
6 all Step 3 ties
All 13 Step 4 sides kept apart and there will be at least 2 Step 4 or lower teams in the 4th Qualifying draw.
b possible upsets!
What of the 5 Step 5 teams left?
3 are at home with @FCTrafford statistically with the best chance of an upset when they take on @ACFC1916 - 4th in @nwcfl v 17th in @NorthernPremLge West.
@CirenTownFC with the toughest task away to Step 2's @TCFC_Official whilst the lowest ranked team left in, @sedonsfc (13th at S5) make the trip to @theterras who after a few lacklustre years have potentially turned the corner and are leading the @SouthernLeague1 D1S!
