Thinking about some au where jimin was taehyung first then they break up and tae goes out and about in the world doing only… — omggg taking jm with him everywhere he goes/with everyone he’s been with after ooof good thing they always get back together… alterspring.org/@1995SOULMAT…
Are you bothered if people have your fics downloaded? — i mean i guess not, it’s an option available on ao3, so if that’s what people do then that’s what they do alterspring.org/@1995SOULMAT…

what i can't figure out about fanfic engagement discourse is why so many of you are so dead set on not showing any appreciation for the stories you spend your time reading. you don't feel a smidge of gratitude? you don't feel even a hint of the need to share your thanks?

if ao3 means so much to you and is such a big part of your daily life that you feel the weight of its absence now, let it also be a reminder about the importance of leaving kudos and comments even if its just a simple "i loved this!" to show writers you care about their hard work

Idk i just feel like when ao3 is back up I need everybody to be heaps more graceful towards fic writers because if two weeks without their works is painful then maybe we shouldn't be discoursing weekly about how much you think they suck at writing.
