His staff reportedly DROPPED it and broke it.
It's one of two Pentagon globes linked to Dwight D. Eisenhower, and they didn't wait for the military-history specialists who normally handle such artifacts.
They lost control of the 30-inch globe, which crashed onto its base, detached from its mounting and suffered a gash several inches wide.
The Army confirmed the artifact was damaged during an attempted move on February 3. The globe ultimately stayed where it was.
Just such an unnecessary mistake... 🙄

The only people who are afraid to go to school or work are the people who know they are illegal aliens. You should try and get that right for once in your life.
My office has been notified that ICE is using parking lots in Austin as staging areas to terrorize our community.
ICE is making Austin less safe. Kids are scared to go to school, parents are scared to go to work, and crime victims are even scared to talk to police.
I am urging owners and operators of parking lots in Austin to not rent or lend your property to ICE for these operations.
ICE needs to get out of Austin.

Stunned “stop hate” in the end zones didn’t stop this
Ex-#Titans DT Jordan Elliott went to his car to retrieve his gun after a practice altercation with OT JC Latham last Thursday (Oct. 15).
After being told to leave the field, Elliott took off his pads and stormed out of the facility, then went to the players' lot. Security cameras captured the sequence. Veteran DL John Franklin-Myers talked him down, and no one was hurt.
The Titans released Elliott on Tuesday after reviewing the incident. He signed a 2-year, $8M deal this offseason.
