Unpaid, full time carers are also included in the stats as “employed”. Talk about massaging the figures to make themselves look better. Many carers would love to be properly employed, rather than living in poverty on £64 a week for 35+ hours of caring 😡

Yes the majority are women, but we also have male carers who do exactly the same. The Country is being propped up by many amazing carers who just aren't valued enough.
