The lottery is a scam. It preys on poor people and they screw the retailers. Put in a dollar get 60 cents back into winnings. That's the math. Its the lowest margin item in the store and they have a monopoly. There's no fair bargaining allowed. Here's your commission, we are screwing you and you'll like it. It's in the name of education. Literally who they are taking advantage of, the uneducated. Executives sit around and find predatory ways to convince you to buy and ticket and get rich. Then they say some BS like "play responsible" and here's the gambles hotline. Gimmie a break. Frauds
