What a journey this man has been on, and I pray that you are as blessed by his new book as I am! It’s available on Amazon and would be a great gift for anyone that wants to read the Bible, but isn’t sure where to start. Don’t Start at Genesis is a simple tool to give some encouragement to dive into God’s Word!♥️

The more I see on X, the more I realize how lacking spiritual discernment from the Holy Spirit is amongst supposed Christians. Eyes are blind. Ears are closed. Many aren’t following basic, non-complex, principles that Jesus gave us to know who His disciples are and how we can spot them. Maybe this is why He says “unless you become like a child, you will by no means inherit the kingdom of heaven”. Children, especially little children, typically have “stranger danger”, so they stick very close to their parents or adults they know they can trust. More adult Christians need to do the same, instead of being enticed to get into a car with a stranger offering them candy (aka random people online who are offering a different gospel)! Stick to the Word of God. If someone is saying something that is contrary, choose the Word, because it is never going to lead you astray! Stop wandering off with strangers and stay close to your Father! When someone tries to lure you in by saying “your Father sent me to pick you up”, run as fast as you can!

The sky after work is beautiful too⛅️

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. John 1:1-3 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14 Jesus Christ is the Word of God! The Bible isn’t just about Jesus, He is the Word.🔥

What a beautiful sky this morning! If you look closely, you can see the skyline of downtown!⛅️🌇

Yesterday I went out to feed the birds, and I found one long stem rose getting ready to bloom!🌹

This same deception that was used on Eve (did God really say that?) is being used and deceiving many! When I see a smug young man (and many others) with 77k followers, and only following >100 back, proclaiming a completely different gospel, I know that it’s Satan at work. The arrogance is palpable, and the twisting of scripture is just enough that some are easily fooled. Put on the full armor of God, and study the Word for yourself, so that you can wield your sword and disarm the false apostles!🤺🛡️✝️🕊️

For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ. And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works. 2 Corinthians 11:13-15🔥 It’s men and women, and many have large followings but follow very few back (pride), so always test what they say against scripture and listen to the Holy Spirit giving you warnings!🙏🕊️

🔥🙏✝️

When I see heretical teachings on here by women who are operating openly with a Jezebel spirit, and speaking with “authority” things that are completely contrary to the Word of God, I immediately feel righteous indignation! Please, please, please do not be deceived by a pretty face and some spiritual sounding statements‼️ If even one small aspect of what is being said is contrary to the Bible, it is deceptive and is not from God, but from the father of all lies, Satan. Read the Word! Pray for wisdom and understanding from the Holy Spirit! Do not be deceived by Satan, who comes as an angel of light!

God’s glory🙌

🎶He is the King of Kings He is the Lord of Lords His name is Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus Ohhh, He is the King 🎶 🎶Jesus, name above all names Beautiful Savior Glorious Lord Emmanuel God is with us Blessed redeemer Living word🎶 🎶Lift Jesus higher Lift Jesus higher Lift Him up for the world to see He said if I be lifted up from the earth I will draw all men unto Me🎶 🎶Jesus, Jesus, Jesus There’s just something about that name Master, Savior, Jesus Like the fragrance after the rain Jesus, Jesus, Jesus Let all heaven and earth proclaim Kings and kingdoms will all pass away But there’s something about that name 🎶 These are worship songs from my childhood. And there are many more that play in my head, even waking me up at night. I no longer listen to the radio on my commute, but I sing these worship songs and others like it (that actually glorify God), because I want to praise His name.🙌

Do you know who the Holy Spirit is and where He abides? He is not some ambiguous, supernatural presence that floats around in the atmosphere, only visiting us after repeated requests made in a room with mood lighting and through song lyrics. His purpose is not to make us feel tingly and emotional. He’s not a dopamine hit for us to feel good. He’s the third person of the Trinity, fully God, and He lives permanently in the heart of those who are born again. He guides us, teaches us, comforts us, convicts us of sin, and He operates through us, making us ambassadors of Christ. He is our advocate. He gives us discernment and understanding of God’s word, and also discernment to spot deception and those who are wolves in sheep’s clothing. When He abides in us, He is always present. He doesn’t need to be invited to visit, because He never leaves us. His home is our heart. I pray that more believers will come to know the Holy Spirit intimately; that they will know His voice and understand His ways so they can be led by Him in all things, producing His fruit. Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? 1 Corinthians 3:16🕊️ Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? 1 Corinthians 6:19🕊️ But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His. Romans 8:9🕊️

Very well explained!

Relatable:

And it shall be, when you show this people all the words, and they say to you, ‘Why has the Lord pronounced all this great disaster against us? Or what is our iniquity? Or what is our sin that we have committed against the Lord our God?’ Jeremiah 16:10🔥

Hear and give ear: do not be proud, for the Lord has spoken. Jeremiah 13:15🔥
