Yes, it’s all about pitching. Coaches take the time to develop those arms. Dedicate more time to pre practice Throwing Programs.
Develop pitchers 5,6,7,8 so you don’t over use the front line pitching.
Make sure to get your back up catcher reps, don’t overload your A guy.

We've been selectively programming "Stro-Motion" throws as a dry rep or warm-up throwing drill since I first saw these years ago.
Great for guys who lack single leg stability or body awareness.
Caution using this for guys who struggle with a slow tempo.

Back in the weight room consistently this offseason. 500x1 and 425x3 deadlift. Super happy to crush a long time deadlift goal. @BoiseHSbasebal @CoachJeremyGuay @208baseball @_KellyGau @SMUSaints_BB @RichardTorrez0 @hape_matt @seth_mo @coach_evans33 @BUncommitted

Hand and bat path. Hand path is pretty level after going down initially but attack angle gets steeper more out front. Thus timing plays a big role in launch angle.

How to transfer your bullpens to the game?🧐
Mound work can scale up or down depending on the time of year & goal using the idea of bullpen "levels."
Most pitchers throw easy, stress-free pens then wonder why they can't do it in game.
Once it's easy, level up. Take a listen⬇️
