What's IKIGAI?
This is Japanese language.
The word "Ikigai" comes from "Iki" (to live) and "Kai" (worth/value). 🐚
One theory links it to "Kai" (Shell), which were ancient treasures.
Savoring a delicious cup of coffee in the morning.
Hearing a simple "Thank you" from someone.
Realizing you can do today what you couldn't do yesterday.
A reminder can feel like care.
Or pressure.
Silence can feel like respect.
Or abandonment.
We blame AI.
We blame each other.
But beneath it all is the same fragile thing:
the human heart struggling with control, fear, and responsibility.
