This breathing pattern blocked infection symptoms: - 25-30 deep inhales and exhales until you feel heated up and adrenaline kick in - Exhale, hold your breath 15 seconds, repeat for 3 or 4 rounds, then inhale deeply and hold - Subjects injected with E. coli endotoxin had essentially zero symptoms - no fever, no vomiting, no diarrhea - Never do this near water. People have passed out and died. No bathtubs, hot tubs, no swimming after - Skip the breath holds with glaucoma or eye pressure concerns, and get clearance from your doctor first The acute stress response is built to combat all stressors, infection included. @hubermanlab
