We've filed a criminal complaint (feljelentés) with the Hungarian police - @police_HU - over funds locked on BitMart.
Gen6 has ~80,000 USD frozen on @BitMartExchange: withdrawals refused without explanation since Jul 26. We're far from alone; thousands of users are locked out of their money.
Our evidence is on-chain and cryptographically sealed with Gen6 RealSeal, so it can't be altered or deleted.

It would be highly appreciated if you hadn't stolen our money. You took the listing fee only a couple of weeks right before the wind-down. Do you want us to believe you weren't aware of the situation that you were going to shut down? Definition of FRAUD!
‼️Moving funds to CEX is even more risky than ever. BitMart is still holding Gen6 listing+liquidity funds during their wind-down. We need your help.
@BitMartExchange, we respectfully ask for your assistance with the remaining Gen6 and GSX funds:
- 41,154 USDC stuck in “Processing” (0/12 confirmations, no TXID)
- 5,752 USDT also stuck
- 30,000 USDT listing fee for GSX still not yet refunded
Our community chose BitMart as the first exchange for the GSX listing and entrusted the platform with these funds to begin the process. That trust meant a great deal to us.
