idk who needs to hear this but self love also includes extending grace & being kinder to yourself when you “could have done something better" or when you stumble upon a small step in life, when you fall as you’re getting back up, being kinder to yourself when you least want to ♥️

The glimmer in their eyes still remain, their smile now framed with wrinkles still brings the same warmth, the shoulder though no longer as steady, is still there to lean on, by Gods grace ill take that win, even if it comes with a little overwhelm

There’s a Gen Z lady at my workplace who applied for 4 days of annual leave.
Her leave started on Thursday, and she was expected back on Monday.
But she resumed on Wednesday.
When HR asked why she added two extra days without approval, she calmly explained:
“My leave started on Thursday. Friday was my first leave day, Saturday and Sunday were weekends, and Monday was my second working day. I still had two working days left, so I used Tuesday and Wednesday to complete my four days.”

As a woman there’ll be a weird phase in your life where you will ONLY attract married men, men in relationships or younger men. And it will be a rotation of the 3.
It’s very important that you ignore them because it passes very quickly. I have no idea what causes it
Aging feels so graceful to me 🥹 but its so hard to watch it on my parents😭 the walk getting a little slower, the hugs arent as tight, the stories getting repeated at shorter intervals, the portions of food getting smaller no matter how good the food is, wheu😭 but u know what?-

I heard someone say.. "In your 30's you start to become who you were as a girl again, but you love her this time"

I’m not an overly religious girl, nor am I Mrs. goody two shoes. I’m just a girl who loves Allah and Islam so much and who finds so much peace in learning about her Deen. I’m far from perfect, but my heart will always yearn to be closer to Allah. 💘💌

Make it a habit of reminding yourself: “God has been good to me before, and He will be good to me again.”
