Fact of the Day. In PS3 Days it was possible to download the full info of any account via Sonys own PS3 Kamaji API. Why ? They didn't use any authentication for it and thought nobody would be able to get the API from PS3. This is how the big PS3 hack happened.

If you got banned / suspended on PlayStation you can get 100% unsuspended. No matter which reason. Youtubers and Celebs get unsuspended always by this. The method is: have a friend working at PlayStation and hitting that unban button.

Psn Has a Massive Problem If you send a password reset to a email whilst its deleted / non existent / domain expired -> It will permanently block that mail to receive the password reset email. This leads to millions of accounts not being able to reset password.

PlayStation Support is fully useless once a hacker taken over the account. Support agents are not allowed to assist anymore once the hacker did one of the following: Change email alot times 50+ Or Hacker Contacts Support again and claims to be original owner

My friends PlayStation Account got suspended because he added a Sony Moderator from the Datacenter as a friend. This is ridiculous and he deserves to get unbanned. He got banned for "FRAUD" for adding someone as a friend. My friend has the username "RRR" and he lives in Japan.

PlayStation is suspending alot accounts randomly and the support is useless. They need to add a appeal form where everyone can request a second review WITHOUT login and WITHOUT needing to send in a ID CARD via PLAIN email.

Sony Allowed a exploit to TAKEOVER ANY account instantly for multiple MONTHS!!!! NOBODY at SONY noticed it. I told the customer support about this problem. They told me it would be escalated but somehow NOBODY fixed it for 2 Months? What is wrong with you guys at sony ? My friends account got hacked and he just got it back 2 days ago after hackers already did bad stuff with his account.

Some Hacker received a 5000$ Bugbounty for a critical Security Lack at PlayStation Network Basically this allowed all Real Names and Emails and possibly more info to be revealed for Any account. Sony patched this after MULTIPLE WEEKS of being abused by frauds.
