In seven years since taking the reins at his alma mater, Donta Green has taken the Westinghouse Bulldogs where they’ve never gone before — but there’s still work to be done.

"Guys wanna to play more?
When you get your chance, you better be ready.
And at practice, you better earn minutes.
Young kids don't come from that... they haven't had to earn minutes."
You don't get what you wish for, you achieve what you've trained for.
Your outcomes are a direct result of your efforts.

Average is not elite.
Players can't expect to put in an average effort & become elite.
There is nothing wrong with average.
But, there is something wrong with giving an average effort & expecting elite results.
Settle for average, stay average.
Demand elite, become elite.

That fancy release is cool & there is a time and place for it
But can you attack in your stem and initiate your breakpoint without an indicator?
Is your breakpoint efficient?
Don’t spend 80% of your time on something you’ll execute 20% of the time.
