Seattle had the top pressure rate, ATL had the 4th entering Sunday and WAS blitzes at the 3rd highest % in the league. Good OL’s struggle against teams like that, especially with Brendel and Colby playing their worst stretch three last 2 weeks. SF needs more from their IOL

After going the first 4 games with the offensive line not allowing a sack, Brock Purdy has been sacked 7 times over the past 3 games, and it would be even higher if it weren’t for Brock making plays like this or using his feet to escape pressure

49ers got in their own way. You can play this game 10x and the odds Purdy throws 2 INT’s, a fumble inside ATL’s 28-yd line, Eddy misses a PAT, and they give up 3 consecutive penalties on 3rd downs leading to ATL’s final TD all happen in the same game happens in just 1 of them.

If the 49ers want to go to the Super Bowl they need to be able to beat a team like the Falcons with or without CMC or Evans. Kyle still has a HOF Tight End, Left Tackle, and Linebacker on the field, give me a freaking break.

Brendel and Colby have been horrible today. Defense can’t help but make mistakes on 3rd down, turnovers in ATL territory and a questionable TD overturn are all going to lead to SF’s first loss. Disaster on all front but hey, Pineiro made his PAT’s today😅

If you have two feet in bounds and fall out of bounds and then the ball comes loose, that should be a touchdown. If they overturn this, the NFL needs to reevaluate what a catch is again

Newest #49ers WR Jordan Watkins’ game is speed. Since 2021, he’s caught 23 of 56 attempts on passes 20+ yards downfield (2 drops) On such passes, Watkins totaled 1,008 yards (544 in 2024) and 9 TD’s (6 in 2024). A sure-handed field stretcher. Good pick
