The High Court has ordered Kai & Karo Limited and its director, Joseph Kairu, to refund a buyer Sh3.4 million after failing to deliver an Audi Q7.

The dealer refunded Sh500,000, leaving Sh3.4 million unpaid.
Kuanza from nothing trying to build something sio rahisi buana. Unajaribu kusave ndio angalau you invest lakini wapi. Bills zinakuja kwa wingi zinataka kukumaliza. Mara sio rent , sio chakula , sio kukeep up lifestyle, black tax inataka kukumaliza cause you are the firstborn. Yaani no one who is someone came from nothing bana. They had people to show them the way or walipata kama washaundiwa already. Huku nje sio kurahisi kabisa as people thing escpeciallu if you are coming from nothing trying to achieve something.
Sometimes being intelligent is a curse. You understand the game, you see the lies, recognize the patterns and notice things other people overlook. You can read between the lines, sense when something isn’t right and recognize people’s intentions through their actions. But despite knowing all of this, sometimes to survive, you have to play the fool. You see people pretending, manipulating, competing, and hiding behind carefully constructed personalities. Sometimes, explaining what you’ve noticed only makes you a target. So you learn to observe without reacting, listen without revealing everything, and remain silent when speaking changes nothing. People may underestimate you because you don’t show everything you know.

Ndindi Nyoro’s influence in the NSE markets is something else. The only problem is he uses that influence badly to play a pump and dumb scheme on NSE markets. Juzi imekua Kenya Airways alafu KPLC stocks now ameenda kwa Olympia Capital. Usipokua mjanja atakutumia kama exit liquidity pale.
18 years ago today, in the middle of the 2008 global financial crisis, an unknown person using the name Satoshi Nakamoto published a 9-page paper titled Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System.
The idea? Money without banks. A financial system without trusted intermediaries.
Nobody knew who Satoshi was. Few could have imagined what Bitcoin would become.
18 years later, Bitcoin has become a global financial asset, institutions are buying it, governments are debating it, and an entire industry has been built around it.
But the identity of its creator remains one of the greatest mysteries in technology.
Over the years, several people have been suspected of being Satoshi:
• Hal Finney — A cryptographer, early Bitcoin contributor, and the recipient of the first Bitcoin transaction from Satoshi. He was among the earliest people to run the software. He denied being Satoshi.
• Nick Szabo — The computer scientist behind Bit Gold, a precursor to Bitcoin. Similarities between his ideas and Bitcoin’s design led many to suspect him. He has denied being Satoshi.
• Adam Back — The creator of Hashcash, a proof-of-work system cited in Bitcoin’s whitepaper. His expertise and early correspondence with Satoshi have made him a prominent suspect. He denies being Satoshi.
• Wei Dai — The creator of b-money, another important precursor to Bitcoin. Satoshi cited his work, but there is no proof that Dai created Bitcoin.
• Dorian Nakamoto — A Japanese-American engineer whose name attracted worldwide attention after a 2014 Newsweek investigation. He denied having anything to do with Bitcoin.
• Craig Wright — The Australian computer scientist who publicly claimed to be Satoshi. In 2024, a UK High Court ruled that he was not Satoshi Nakamoto and had lied about his claim.
• Len Sassaman — A respected cryptographer whose background and connections to the cypherpunk community fuelled speculation about his identity. No conclusive evidence establishes that he was Satoshi.
• Peter Todd — The Canadian Bitcoin developer named as Satoshi in an HBO documentary in 2024. He denied the allegation, and the documentary did not establish proof of his identity as Satoshi.
Other names, including Paul Le Roux, have appeared in various theories, but none has been conclusively identified as Bitcoin’s creator.
Satoshi disappeared from public view around 2010–2011, leaving behind an invention that would challenge traditional finance.
The coins widely attributed to Satoshi’s early mining have remained largely untouched.
No verified identity, no confirmed face and there is no conclusive proof.
Its just a protocol that continues to operate without its creator.
Perhaps the greatest achievement of Satoshi Nakamoto wasn’t just inventing Bitcoin, It was creating a financial system that doesn’t need its creator to survive.
18 years later, we still don’t know who Satoshi is.
And maybe that’s exactly how Satoshi wanted it.
Happy 18th anniversary, Bitcoin. ₿
