Welp. It happened. Today is the first @UFLKings game that feels like our team instead of just a team in Louisville. I’m officially emotionally invested.
CBS going to commercial like:
“Here’s Buffalo again.”
Gray. Wind. Snow piles. Same 3 skyline and frozen lake shots on repeat. Looks awful in late March.
Jamal Masburn has been outstanding in the studio. While CBS leans into entertainment and fluff, Mashburn brings real analysis and insight. A refreshing, high level voice. Biggest day one winner besides VCU & High Point. EXCELLENT addition. More of him, less NBA entertainers.
Mikel Brown’s last 4 games:
30.5 PPG
57% from the field
59% from three
For a freshman. In ACC play.
That’s absurd.
It’s always interesting hearing Seth Greenberg talk with conviction about talent evaluation, knowing he passed on Stephen Curry.
I guess there’s only one question left. Is Will Stein going to go to the Governor’s Cup bruncheon and say he knows Jeff Brohm wants to beat his brains in, but he only wants to beat UofL by one point. 🤷🏽♂️
2 years ago @LouisvilleMBB fans couldn’t have imagined that one season away Cards would be a legitimate top 6 team with arguably the best backcourt in America. Lots of season to go, but beating rivals is always fun. @patkelsey is a magician.
Rooths stat line doesn’t do justice to how great of a game he had. His toughness rebounding and dogged defense was exactly what was needed in a grind.
Really wild sky. This is facing east and immediately turning around and looking west. @MarcWeinbergWX @JudeRedfield
