Stays on time and drives this ball deep to left field, for a stand-up double. Mature approaches throughout, just missing a barrel his first appearance.

You know what holds a lot of athletes back? Worrying too much about what everyone else is getting.
One thing I learned over 20 years of coaching:
The players who improved the most weren’t always the most talented.
They were the ones who stopped worrying about what they weren’t getting and started making the most of what they had.
Tom Brady nails it here.
Control your attitude. Bring energy. Be prepared.
The moment you stop pointing fingers and start looking in the mirror is the moment you start getting better.

Shawn had a good showing at the @CoastalShowcase last weekend. FB T90 this past summer and was holding 86-89 this past Saturday with a banger for a BB.
Still plenty in the tank for this fresh arm. Should be a good addition for someone!

What happens after freshman year?
We tracked PBR's top 30 recruits in 36 states from the 2024 class. 668 enrolled at their D1 commit school.
One season later, 232 of them were no longer on that roster.
That's 1 in 3.
