Oh dear @FlyAirNZ don’t know what’s happened to your customer service, because our your missed approach of our last flight, you close your boarding gate to us as we are running to make our next flight, now a 3 hour wait for another flight that is already delayed

Was sooooooooo hoping for power when we got home tonight, alas, no complaints about #unison though they are complete rockstars, off into day 8 we trudge, at least we remembered the thermos of hot water for a cuppa in the morning

Last supper at our home away from home tonight, they now have power which is so exciting. We have a generator at the end of the street which looks really promising for us too. The house is drying out nicely and the insurance is all hopefully sorted also
