So, we did a Blackout AMA about our upcoming product that we are intentionally keeping under wraps. The goal was for @7wealthh, Fermah's community manager, to collect a bunch of questions from our community and shoot them at me and for me to just answer yes/no/pass/classified.
But very much unlike him, he didnt turn up the first 3 mins. When I pinged he said, I need a few more mins. I knew something was wrong but not sure what was going on.
I started hosting myself. Reading through questions and answering. I couldnt have just done with 4 words as things had to be spoken by someone in detail in the call. So was quite a hiccup but I managed. But I kept wondering what happened.
I was monitoring my tg too.
Then the message came: "I have met with an accident a few mins ago and am in deep pain. Getting rushed to the hospital now for stitches. But I will get on the call as soon as I can"
20 mins or so into the call, he jumped and took over. Apologized to his community and took over hosting with the usual charm.
I checked my tg after the AMA. He had sent this. He was actually taking the call from the surgery bed.
"Professionalism" is a derogatory descriptor for this. This is something deeper.

so I watched Kernel resolve its first thousand markets with zero human intervention and realized: the real product is not the market itself. It's the moment the protocol stops needing us to finish the sequence. it can create value bigger than what I initially envisioned
