Bonds continue to sell off, that will be a drag on equities. That doesn’t mean we go lower, just means we will have a hard time rallying. The directionless indices is not worth my money. I am short bonds, Equities aren’t worth the expense.

30 yr has been a great read again. We took out the quarterly pivot 116.25, took out old targets 116.12 and are now took out rhe 299 day at 115.20. Under here next target is 115.08-10, under that we target 114.12-14 and then down to 113.01-03. Keep your eye in the bonds.
