The Tritons are second only to Duke in wins (29) and margin of victory (18).
Top 30 in eFG% and FG% defense.
14 straight wins, 12 by double digits.
This is an NCAA Tournament team, what happens tomorrow shouldn’t matter.

It's wild that UC San Diego could make the NCAA Tournament and everyone knows they're so good at this point that a first round win wouldn't be considered that huge of an upset.
Lunardi has them as an 11-seed. Big West hasn't had higher than 12 since 2005!
This team is unreal.
Every tradition has a beginning.
Tritons are Big West regular season champs for the first time.

Just saw a D1 school release video highlights of their summer practIce/scrimmage. Why would you allow video of any on-court team action to circulate publicly so your opponents can see what you have? You might as well invite your league rivals to sit courtside at your practice – at Long Beach, CA

What a read – certainly worth the time.
To me, this story is a prime example of how life can move too fast for your own good, and how youth, pride and the sense of invincibility can consume you.

Regular season HS teams parading as "club" teams. AAU teams masquerading as "scholastic" teams. Teams paying for shoes/gear pretending to be shoe sponsored circuit squads. HS Hoops is in crisis. Who will provide leadership to get us all to a better place? @usabasketball @NCAA
