I have osteoarthritis & have to take glucosamine chondroitin MSM pills & get a series of hyaluronic acid injections. So much for progress

I feel like in the past month I've progressed so much. So much so it's almost like the 3 surgeries never happened.

One year ago today I was cleared to play again!

Yesterday at my doc appointment he told me I'm allowed to start doing my old work outs again & I was like well I already have been... Oops

I have a twin sister & she texts me last night asking questions about the knee & ACL, I ask her why, she informs me she messed her knee up

My knees hate me for living in PA. When it snows I take such baby steps because I'm afraid to slip and fall

Just a few more work outs and I think that I will be back to where I was before this 3rd surgery!

It took 11 days but I'm finally back to working out! 💪

One year ago today I began running again and it was one of the happiest days of my recovery.

Hoping that being completely pain free all day means I will be back to working out tomorrow 💪

Took a few steps and had to stop and look down because for those few steps I completely forgot I just had knee surgery 10 days ago

Woke up this morning with my knee not hurting at all! Hoping every morning of 2015 is this way!

Getting my stitches out today and finding out what this hard bubble thingy is 👍
