The Rt 649 (Proffit Rd) bridge over the rail road in #AlbemarleCountyVA has been closed (with a detour in place) to allow a crew to perform emergency repairs to the bridge piers. At this time, there is no estimated timeline for reopening the bridge. More: bit.ly/4xE8sro
